We are living in transformational times! The course of human life has shifted so it is more important than ever to develop a practice of self-care and tune into ourselves to connect with what is true within us. Fear and negativity are pulling our bodies and minds out of balance. Now is the time to take control of the trajectory of your experience.
Will you focus on aligning your body, mind, spirit and environment to grow into the human you choose to be?
Or will you be overridden with anxiety? Resist what is with all you might? Or hold onto patterns that no longer serve who you are or who you want to become?
Ultimately YOU get to decide.
You have the power in you to design your life in a powerful way through your daily habits. Or you can let life be designed for you by people and resources outside your control.
In this important time in history, you have the opportunity to raise your energy to higher levels bringing more love, compassion, and courage into our world.
Does that sound overwhelming? Because you don’t have to do it alone.
In fact, there are millions of people on the planet right now embarking on this exact journey.
And I am so ready to walk with you down that path.
Deciding to live an intentional life that you set the framework for might sounds like a lot of work.
Okay, it is. It totally is...
But hear me out…
If you’re anything like me, and if you’re still reading, my guess is that you’re a LOT like me. You know you don’t really have a choice you’re called to do this. And, if you’re like me, you’re looking for a way out. I did (and sometimes still do), but I know the only way out is through. (sigh)
Full transparency, it sucked for me because I didn’t have anyone to guide me.
So, know this: No one is expecting you to transform overnight. No one is expecting you to transform at all, so go ahead and let that expectation go.
All you really need to do to begin creating a better life is to start taking tiny steps each and every day.
I’m talking steps so small and simple that change doesn’t feel like work at all. (Truth, I’ve never been a big fan of work.)
In my keynotes and workshops and as a certified Tiny Habits® Coach, that’s what I get to help people do. I’m kinda like a living, personal development library and healer rolled into one. I get to live and breathe transformation every single day by helping organizations and individuals set the unique framework for their own success.
Yes, it is an amazing job. I designed it that way by rolling up my sleeves and deciding to practice on the beautiful mess that is my own life. I decided to live intentionally through new habits. I’m here now. And I love it.
It’s time we quit living life as Walking Heads. We were meant to feel all the things. Designing the framework for whole-body living is key.
Break through all the spiritual bullshit and feel whatever the hell you feel.
Bring it to light so we can work through it.
How often in life do we find ourselves in patterns of behavior that we don’t even like. Perhaps we are so conditioned to a way of thinking or feeling that we’re pushing into boxes that don’t fit.
When you realize this is you, it’s not pretty. So, get mad. Swear. Blow off some steam. Curse like Beverly from The Goldbergs.
But then, let’s get to work.
You are craving change, and you are worthy of living your best life. YOU just need to take the first step. Life will continue to be messy, but when you live intentionally, you have the framework and the agency to expand your comfort zone so what you want is easily within reach.
When you have the right tools, you can
Fix that broken relationship or be at peace knowing you did your part
Set and achieve great goals
Improve time management and stop procrastinating...yes, it’s possible
Make more money
Create balance
Ask for what you want without feeling guilty, or like you don’t deserve it
Have challenging conversations with ease (or at least without them ruining your week)
There are no untouchable subjects to work through. More intimacy, better sex, hands-free orgasms...Yeah, I said that.
Learning how to live a healthier, more satisfying life where you are present in your body takes practice.
Read more about alignment here.
I am committed to helping you grow. Getting unstuck and feeling your way outside your comfort zone is a huge step. One you will be supported on.
My website and blogs are designed to help open a conversation of trust. We will discuss topics around building a healthy mind, body, spirit, and environment.
Every week we will bring discussions up to help you get outside those boxes in your mind.

And a Microcosm of hippy-dippy shit.
And while I bring the woo, you’ll never feel like you’re lost in a sea of others who are telling you to Om through life and just think positive thoughts.
Let’s laugh, let’s cry, let’s be messy...and let’s get ourselves aligned by practicing healthy steps to a fulfilled future.
