We have been using the term hustle as a badge of honour for quite some time in the online space, and I am drawing a line in the sand. From now on, I shout from the rooftops:

No Hustle!

I mean, to work hard is good and ethical, to be passionate at what you do, to do it with heart, and enjoy the sweat of your labor is honorable. But what is not needed is to believe that you need to hustle in order to be rewarded and fulfill your dreams.

So let's look at the term hustle: to crowd or push roughly. Merriam-webster dictionary.

It just leaves me puzzled, how did we start using this expression in the first place? Yes, I know we use this more as an expression than its original meaning, but the reality is that in the online business world to proudly hustle has become the north star for many aspiring entrepreneurs. It leaves us all drained, pushed, frustrated, and burned out.

The hustle is real, they say. I say the burnout is pretty real too. Hence, let's change the narrative. The power of your words can influence your behavior if you let it.

So, I am leading the conversation with No Hustle folks. Let us all align our business with our deep-rooted desires, the real reason we started our business in the first place. And, integrate our health and business goals aiming to design the lifestyle that fits your 5, 6, and 7 figure business.

Starting with a detox. That is right, let me introduce to you the mechanisms to flush your system on demand in simple steps. First, identify your mindset traps. Why do you believe you have to run yourself to the ground in order to reach success in your business? Could it be a money-limiting belief? Second, declutter your systems. I mean, set systems, not goals, and once your systems are in place you build habits around them. For example, implementing a four-day workweek, seasonal launches, morning routines, etc. Third, learn how to measure your energy. When you become aware of your energy levels throughout the day you can optimize your output without extra effort.

Followed by self-auditing and coming up with a plan. That is right. Let me ask you, what is your CEO lifestyle? Now that you run your own business and have become your own boss, how do you show up as a leader? How do you audit your health, your business and your environment on a regular basis? When we measure our performance we can then optimize it and grow, right? Why not set regular quarterly audits in place and draft a plan to bring you back to focus, or let it continue its growth. The power of 90-day plans allows you to course correct or double down in a short amount of time.

Focusing on the power of the five ones to stay laser-focused for growth. I mean, the day I heard for the first time the rule of five by Clay Collins my bells rang. Wouldn't you agree focus beats hustle any time of the day? So, as it goes, you choose one product, one target market, one conversion tool, one source of traffic, and you do them all for one year. Brilliant!

Then, learn how to manage your energy instead of your time, tapping into your energy pockets to create and stay creative. You see, when we sync to nature's wisdom, we gain the natural momentum of Earth to then choose in which season we push harder or slow down. Instead of going against the flow, we opt to flow with it in our favor. How? There are various ways, but one that is simple and easy to implement is by following the lunar cycle. Pay attention to your energy on a new and a full moon for starters, then go ahead and learn about implementing this into your workflow and lifestyle. Sooner than you can notice it will only be natural and there is no way going back, trust me.

Most importantly, breathe to recharge daily and build healthy practices in your routine. Now, yes we all breathe naturally but are you breathing properly? The aim is slow, long, light in and out-breath through your nose. Try to apply this as a starting point. Then, go on to draft your own energy roadmap to follow and come back to.

We can not forget to mention that food is your fuel and you have got to be mindful of your nutrition. Sugar, caffeine, energy drinks, and all these shouldn't be even considered food in the first place. So, when we reach for them to keep our energy levels high, just know that plane is bound to crash. Instead, keep it in the air by eating whole nutritious foods.

The real secret, the power of yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided, deep, restful meditation that will take you to tap into your subconscious remaining in an awake state. It is called the Yogic Sleep because it allows you to feel rested in the shortest amount of time. If you have never practiced, let this be your official invitation.

By applying these bits of knowledge in a short amount of time you will begin to detox from the online hustle environment, and most importantly, you will be able to set healthy boundaries to become the CEO of your health, life, and business your way.
