Distant readings did become more popular when COVID-19 pandemic hit, not only it was so convenient that you could get your reading on your smartphone or computer, but being in lockdowns and living in uncertain times was so stressful to many, they would call psychic readers for some quick clarity and guidance.
Telephone readings have been happening for a long time, but clients resist them or lack trust in them as you don't know who is ultimately at the other end of the phone line. Clients still like to be face-to-face readings with their readers, but are slowly making the change to online.
With online readings I find clients prefer Zoom, FaceTime time or Instagram video. I still do phone readings and photo readings by email, it makes no difference in the quality of my readings, it is more about the client's needs.
When I read photos and audio record the reading for the client,
I personally find that works fantastic for me, as once I'm in a flow with the reading and have no distractions I like to stay in that zone.
I record the reading and send it off to the client via email to keep and listen to the reading over and over again.
All the different reading options I offer does not affect the quality of the reading, but I can't talk on behalf of all other readers with that. The more experienced the reader they will be able to read multiple different ways and each way will be as good as the other.
I once was a skeptic
I was once a skeptic of psychic phone online readers, but a friend reached out to me and asked me to work for her online psychic company, I started working part-time for her and I soon realized how easy it was. I was tuned into the client on a psychic level the minute I heard their voice on the other end of the phone.
I only worked online for a short time as the operations didn't sit too well with me. I had a few clients who I was worried about their well being whilst doing the reading and when their money ran out the phone line would hang up mid-conversation, and I was left feeling quite stressed, or there were the addictive clients who rang every day, in my business I wouldn't allow that, I have a strong code of ethics and stand by them, it's not healthy to have so many readings in a short space of time, and in my own business the client's well-being is number one, and if a clients need a big hug or needs a tissue I'm there to support them.

As a teacher in Tarot Reading and Psychic Development, my students have had lots of practice and extensive training, they are now doing very accurate distance readings and one-to-one readings. All of my students I hold in high regard as very skilled, authentic and genuine readers.
Get the most out of your reading experience
The most effective readings are when there are no distractions between the sitter and reader, which lets the reader get into a great flow.
When dogs barking in the background, kids screaming or a TV on in the background, these are all disturbing for a reader and may effect the flow of the reading.
So always sit in a quiet place to receive your reading, and use headphones if your house might have any chance of disturbances.
The best readings
The best psychic readings are the ones where the client is open to receiving whatever comes up in the reading, and is relaxed.
The client has a few questions they would like guidance with and is open to messages from Spirit if they arrive.

Having face-to-face video link appointments has become so popular, that clients can still see their reader and receive the reading in the comfort of their own homes.
