Finding a good relationship is challenging enough, right?
Now imagine trying to keep a good relationship when everything inside you is screaming in fear that something bad is about to happen and you can’t do anything about it.
The more you can’t do anything about it, the closer it comes, and when it arrives, you get sucked into a dark hole. A place where there are no doors, no helping hands, no escape. Just you, alone.
It's not really easy to keep a good relationship going this way, right?
That was me
This was the situation I found myself in over and over again. That dark hole would consume me, rip my dreams apart, and I would end up alone. I always treated people around me well, but inside of me it was dark.
I could get into relationships, but they were already doomed, since this dark hole would always open up and hijack my emotions at some point. Making my life unbearable and wipe out any joy I might have found.
For 20 years this was my reality and I didn’t know what to do about it.
One day, after having started a wonderful relationship and everything seemed to finally be good, the dark hole came back, and I knew what was about to happen.
But not this time
This time, I did something different. I asked an expert for help. Not a therapist, not a psychologist. An expert.
And I quickly found where “the dark hole” came from. It was a situation that had happened many years ago, and I really was helpless at the time, but not anymore.
As soon as I knew where the dark hole came from, I changed the effect of that old memory.
From that moment there has not been a dark hole. There is a stable foundation upon which I can improve and easily be there for the people that matter to me.
I am free, and what is even better is that I am also at peace. I am happily married now. We have 2 lovely children and life is really good.
Science fact: Our memories are in fact quite changeable and the effect they have on us can be changed to something more useful. It does require a high level of skill to do this safely.

It had been 20 years of suffering, and I solved it in less than 2 hours. Still works today.
Having experienced this transformation, I became curious. What is possible? How quickly can we change? How good can life be?
So, I decided to become even better
