Let’s deeply dive into the intricacies of ego dissolution, the dark night of the soul, and the significance of shadow work. All these allow you to become aware of the cycles you are running. I urge you to look within so you can heal at the root cause. When looking at the impact of societal conditioning on mental health. The massive strain on the system, yet the system only acknowledges 1 form of support, with ridiculously long waitlists, makes you wonder if they are interested in supporting your mental health or if they benefit from keeping you unwell.
I would love you to ask yourself do you believe that there is only 1 way to do things and that is keeping you stuck and the massive plethora of holistic modalities deemed false your belief or what you have been led to believe?
These are not new things but modalities that existed long before Western medicine.
Labels, society, and the journey to self-acceptance
Delving into personal anecdotes, I would like to share my experiences with ADHD, dyslexia, bipolar disorder in the family, and societal expectations. I was scrutinised and felt the pressure to conform and it’s no wonder there are so many people struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression. I call on you to embrace self-acceptance, challenging the validity of certain labels to transcend their conditions through self-awareness. To thrive in your life not just survive
Embracing authenticity and overcoming challenges
Your conditions do not define you. I Encourage authenticity and self-directed growth, a compassionate understanding of individual experiences, and urge everyone to break free from societal constraints.
Are you ready to break free? Click here.
