My journey began as a massage therapist, driven by a passion for helping others heal physically. However, I soon realized that many of my clients' ailments were rooted in stress, anxiety, and mental clutter. Through their sessions, I discovered the profound connection between emotional well-being and physical health. This realization sparked my interest in delving deeper into the subconscious mind.
