Instead of doing new goals and inspiration for next year, Eos Ngan (Certified Conscious Parenting Coach) and I decided to do a recap and reflection exercise for the year 2021, especially in our parenting journey.
Why?
Because it is the best time to recap and reflect on our struggles in our parenting journey.
Instead of continuing struggling and frustrated in your parenting journey, it is time to reflect if you want to continue to live the same way.
How long do you want to continue to have the struggle or frustration in the parenting journey?
Here are the questions we go through in today’s session:
What are the 3-5 things I did well especially in the area of parenting journey and relationship with my children?
What are the struggles I have in parenting and building a connection with my child?
What is the one thing that stops me to be a better parent in the year 2022?
What can I do to overcome this?
Here’s the video of the exercise I did with Eos.
I want to draw your attention to this.
If you don’t make a change now, next year is going to be worse.
If you want to make the year 2022 your best year, then it is a fantastic time to work with me or Eos.
