Alex Jamal, Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

Hello, I'm Alex, residing in Los Angeles, California. I bring a wealth of expertise as a certified personal fitness trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and nutritionist. I am a distinguished international men's physique competitor, a fitness model, and an elite athlete trainer, with additional credentials as a published author.

A lifelong passion for sports and a commitment to fitness and health,

I have dedicated myself to empowering others through hard work and education.

Holding a BA of Science in Sports & Exercise Nutrition from Oxford Brookes, England, I emphasize the importance of knowledge in achieving fitness goals.

My clientele includes celebrities, elite athletes, and successful business individuals, catering to both men and women. I firmly believe that with the right mindset and the absence of perceived barriers, individuals can attain their aspirations. I strive to share my extensive knowledge, aiming to positively impact lives and, in some cases, contribute to life-saving transformations.

As a believer in the adage "health is wealth," I see myself as a messenger, promoting a holistic approach to wellness.

In the realm of health and wellness, fitness training plays a pivotal role in enhancing physical well-being, fostering mental resilience, and preventing chronic ailments.

Tailored programs, overseen by a qualified personal trainer, provide structure, motivation, and safety. Striking a balance with diverse exercises, including body weights, promotes overall strength and conditioning.

By prioritizing fitness, individuals unlock a path to sustained vitality and longevity.

I’m still old school I like to read from books not digital screens, I enjoy outdoor activities and I try to do it often.

What inspired you to start Fitness Results Coach, and what sets it apart from other fitness coaching services?

I have always wanted to have my own business where I can have an impact on people’s fitness levels and help them get into healthy lifestyle.

The way I offer my service is I give 110% to each client and I try to work on their mindset from the beginning and explain things to my clients so they understand how to make that shift toward a healthy lifestyle and stick to it, even after not working with me or being on their own.

What role does mindset play in achieving sustainable fitness results, and how do you address it in your programs?

Mindset is everything, mindset is what sets success. The right mindset will lead the person to sustainable success and growth.

I ask my clients a list of questions, and among these questions, there will be more about their life and their habits. Accordingly, we start working on changing bad habits into good habits, approaching problems from a healthy perspective, and making the right choices, so that’s a way to shift their mindset towards the right path.

What advice would you give to someone struggling to stay consistent with their fitness goals?

My advice is to set short-term goals and work on them, be patient, and be consistent. Don’t expect quick results because what comes quick goes quick. Do not have high expectations quickly so disappointment won’t come.

Understanding that I am doing this change towards the right mindset so I can be the best and most successful on many levels in my life, not just in fitness.

Because when a person fix his health & fitness, it’s going to affect the productivity in every aspect of life, whether it’s personal or business.

What are your future goals for Fitness Results Coach, and how do you plan to expand its impact?

My future goal for Fitness Results Coach is to expand into the gulf region, and I’m looking forward to having a location over there, hopefully in 2025. I am also looking to expand more into Europe through my online training. I believe your magazine can help with that.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

I was very fortunate to have many career achievements, and I worked so hard for that, but I would say after doing 10 worldwide competitions, they were the most prestigious, becoming the IFBB fitness chairman for California. That was the highlight of my career and the second best thing that is when I trained Sylvester Stallone I currently train Frank Stallone, who is his brother, a singer, songwriter and Grammy Award nominated. I hope more great things happen to me and others.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change one thing for sure, I would ban all steroids from being used by females and males. People probably don’t know, but females use as much steroids as men. Unfortunately, that is very unhealthy.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

I think it was the decision that I took to stay in Los Angeles versus other cities because I have built a name here and Los Angeles is where Fitness started, and I am very fortunate with all my connections and then becoming the fitness chairman for the state.
