Think about the person standing in front of you right now. What do you think their Universe looks like? Are you open to exploring as you spend time in their world?

The universe is at the store
The universe is at the shore
The universe is you understanding less is more
The universe is all you have learned before as you step forth
The universe is the crown you adorn
The universe is you giving birth to a boy
The universe is the cosmos on that top floor
The universe is love that cannot be ignored
The universe is the mind that wants to explore
The universe is what you create, as you sit at a lake thinking about what you stand for
The universe is being in a space of many, wondering what universe is at their core”
The Universe is a World to Explore as you are given many choices to choose from. Think about walking into a working environment, sitting down at your desk and reading your emails wondering, the Universe that this email is coming from and by your response what it will add to and vice versa. As you think of a response to that email, everything, literally everything is part of the Universe, as it is all matter, energy, frequency and vibration. Drinking that cup of tea in the morning and meditating for 15 minutes can change your Universe, compared to not doing it. The choice you make in your Universe will impact you in many ways, positively, creatively, spiritually, intellectually... as you see the Universe all around. Take a good look at your Universe as it relates to your choices.
As I think of the Beings that you and I choose or not choose to be part of, I wonder about the Universe that has been created within that Being at this moment in time. Think of all the different types of Beings, as you See the Universe Hovering Above Their Head and connecting for a brief moment or for an extended period of time. The present self is what creates the future self, and your present self is Key, as you choose to make small or big changes in your Universe, and the connection with others opens to several paths in your Universe.
In seeing the several paths, think about the last relationship you were in. Did you connect with that Universe, or did you decide our Universe is not a match, so you moved on? The visual of seeing the Universe hover over someone’s head is useful as you now look beyond the Avatar that appears, and tap into the energy that truly lives within that person, group, company, etc. Also see yourself, which is most important. What does your Universe say about you? Can you see your Universe beautifully crowned and adorned? Or is it something that needs to be changed? That relationship that was not a match, see that same relationship within yourself as it relates to the expansion of your Universe.
Over the years my Universe has changed, evolved as I received the wake-up call and in so doing, I see lots, and lots of Stars Above My Head as my Universe expands. These Stars came from me detaching from what was preventing me from growing into the person I am today, which is so much more than the “norm”. The Universe that lives within me and you can go beyond as you experience the Universe's of others. They teach us all we need to know and by interacting with the feed from others, your Universe expands. And as a Transformational Life Coach, it is taking those experiences and transforming them to benefit your soul growth, which then shows you another Star within your Universe. Reading a book or article, exploring different places, can create something within you, that makes you look above at your Universe and say, what do I want to add to my Universe?
In adding to your Universe, go a little further, as you go into an interview with the CEO and you Feed Off that Being’s Knowledge Base and make it your own. This level of attainment of the different Universe's requires a Clarity of your mind, amazing Sight to see and after that interview, you asking what have I gained from this Universe? Go beyond just the interview, go deeper as this being has reached a level that can be extremely useful to your Universe. You can keep and omit what you have attained from that Universe, and feel into that energy to truly understand and benefit from it. Below is an exercise that can help you expand your Universe, by exploring other Universe’s.
Feel Into The Energy Exercise:
Clear out your energy, such as expectation, thoughts, etc.
Spend 30 min to a 1 hour in someone else's Universe
After that encounter, take 30 minutes to yourself. It can be by being still, meditating, journaling, listening to calming music
Then think about the Eye Connection you had with that Universe. Can you feel into that energy, can you read that energy, that person's Universe? This can be seen immediately or may take time (a week), depending on your mindset.
Observe your behavior, thoughts, actions, responses, movement, etc. Is it different than before having that encounter with that Universe?
Is it an energy you like or dislike? From there you decide, do I want to keep this as part of my Universe?
The Eye and Energy connection is Powerful, if you have the ability to clear out your energy and tap into other energy. All energy is transformable and transferable, but you have to See it Within You First. For example, you are taking a walk, making eye contact with another Universe and all of a sudden you feel a little different and you inquire, what is this energy? You take a moment to analyze, and you can either keep, deny and/or transform the energy and make it your own in a positive way. My spirituality has reached self-transcendence where I transform energy with the Universe’s I experience. I see very clearly and by seeing the difference within myself, I decide.
All of it is soul knowledge as you and I visualize the Universe that is accumulating lots and lots of Stars hovering above our head, which is why the Universe is a World to Explore at your Core.
