Reframing:Â Replace limiting phrases with empowering ones. For example:
Instead of "I can’t afford it," try "I’m choosing how I invest my resources."
Replace "I’m not good at this" with "I’m learning and growing every day."

Affirmations: Craft affirmations that reflect your desired reality. Speak them daily with conviction.
