Over the last few years as a relationship coach, it became crystal clear what the only way forward is if you want to find and keep long-lasting love.
First of all, love is within us, so if something isn’t working in our relationships, we have to look within. More often than not, I see people looking for love outside themselves. Interestingly enough, it’s these men and women who remain single and/or unfulfilled in their relationships.
If finding and keeping long-lasting love is an inside job, how do you do this?
The starting point is that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. You assess and observe the world around you and ask yourself “What does this say about me?”
For example, “I am not meeting any potential partners?”
Self-inquiry: “What does it say about me?”
Possible answer: “You aren’t energetically ready to draw that potential partner in.”
Solution
Finding an answer to what needs to be shifted on the inside so you can draw that partner in.
Shift what needs to be shifted.
This is a new way of thinking and the method for approaching love this way is called “the individuation process” which means “to become more of who you already are” in order to find and keep your right partner.
If you would like to find out more about this, I would love to hear from you.
