Jung saw the process of individuation as deeply spiritual because it brings individuals into greater harmony with their inner selves, with others, and with the universal energies that permeate all of existence. This is also reflected in modern holistic mental health practices, which emphasize the importance of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and alignment with one's true nature.


The power of the shadow: Embracing the darkness within


Another key aspect of Jung’s work is his concept of the Shadow Self, the unconscious parts of ourselves that we suppress, deny, or ignore.
