A Journey of Discovery in Wellness During my nine-year journey in fitness and personal training, something truly remarkable was revealed: the profound impact of proper hydration on our body’s ability to heal and perform. Throughout my career, I received more than 40 diplomas in sports, wellness and massage therapy, and each one of them has taught me that true healing often starts with returning to the basics. As I’ve deepened my understanding of anatomy and energy work over many years, I’ve learned that true healing happens when we support our body’s natural processes.
