El'Deity Princey, Transformational Clinician, Author, and Empowerment Coach
Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
Hey loves!
My name is Princess Hill, also known as El'Deity Princey. I'm a double Aquarius, a free spirit, and an empath—a discovery I made while studying at West Chester University. My journey into self-awareness and education began when I enrolled in a dual accelerated program, where I studied clinical counseling and psychology from 2017 to 2023. College taught me so much beyond academics; it was a transformative journey.
I grew up in the Richard Island Projects in Philadelphia, and education was not part of my world. Being accepted to college in 2017 was monumental for me—not just because of my background, but because I was homeless at the time. For me, going to college was initially about survival. But over the years, it became the foundation for my womanhood and creative power.
Living in the dorms was life-changing. Housing had been an insecurity since I was nine years old, so having stable housing on campus gave me the space to heal and grow. It taught me patience, stability, and real-world problem-solving skills—lessons that extend far beyond schoolwork.
I'm passionate about reading, especially books on psychology, mysticism, and neuroscience. I'm fascinated by how we, as humans, can transform our minds and experiences. My hobbies include working out, writing and recording spoken words, and spending time with my amazing partner and my beautiful fur daughter, Chaca'Latte. She's a 2-month-old Black Maltipoo who already has the sass and charm of a preteen—especially when I dress her up. She fills our home with so much joy, and I love chasing her around and soaking up her playful energy.
What inspired you to become "The Miracle Coach," and how did your personal experiences shape your approach to coaching and therapy?
Yes, I was inspired to become "The Miracle Coach" because my life has been nothing short of a miraculous transformation. I am a survivor and thriver of childhood trauma caused by both my egg and sperm donor. During my time in college, I learned about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), which measure the long-term effects of trauma. This research resonated deeply with me, as I have a 10/10 ACE score—a predictor of revictimization, health issues, and even early death. Before I began my healing journey, I constantly felt trapped in cycles of pain and re-traumatization.
Studying psychology and therapeutic modalities allowed me to uncover not only the science of trauma but also how to begin healing from it. While pursuing my graduate degree, I worked as a mobile therapist and behavioral consultant. Though I loved helping people, the work often left me burned out. As an empath, I dive deeply with my clients, and I found that the pay and structure of traditional therapy didn't reflect the energy I poured into my work.
That's when I decided to create 11 Master Consultant and step into my role as The Miracle Coach. Through my business, I blend the therapeutic skills I mastered with my lived experiences to coach others in the same areas I've overcome. I've reprogrammed my mind, body, and spirit, and I know firsthand that joy is possible on the other side of pain. Life doesn't end with trauma—even when it feels like it does. Healing is available to all of us.
When people work with me through 11 Master Consultant, they experience miracles because they already are miracles. My transformation is proof. I've shed over 75 pounds from my childhood traumas and made empowering changes in my relationships, health, finances, and overall well-being. Coaching has always come naturally to me. Even in college, I found myself coaching my peers, both in the gym and emotionally, as they navigated their own childhood wounds.
Today, 11 Master Consultant is my platform to bring my passion, joy, and firsthand experience to life. I'm here to remind anyone who has faced adversity that they can heal, transform, and thrive.
Can you explain how you integrate psychology and metaphysical principles in your sessions to help clients overcome trauma and adversity?
Yes, I integrate psychology and metaphysical principles by starting with the ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) test to gauge where my clients are subconsciously. I believe that our inner child represents our subconscious mind, and when we heal the inner child, we heal not only our subconscious but also our ego. Much of what we experience in life is a reflection of how we were reared, which aligns with the ACEs framework and a core metaphysical principle: the Law of Cause and Effect. This law states that for every action, there is a reaction—essentially, life is a series of inputs and outputs.
In my sessions, I guide clients to recognize the patterns woven into their subconscious, unconscious, and conscious thinking. Traumatic experiences often leave imprints on the body, which keeps a tally of potential threats to protect us. For example, if someone was traumatized by a person with a specific smell, they may not consciously remember the event, but their body does. This person might feel an internal conflict or anxiety whenever they encounter that smell, even without knowing why.
Through a combination of psychological techniques and metaphysical principles, I help clients reprogram their thoughts and beliefs. This healing work extends into every area of their lives. The way we do one thing is the way we do all things, so when we shift at the subconscious level, we see transformation in our relationships, health, finances, and beyond. My goal is to help clients achieve not only understanding but tangible results, proving that healing the mind and spirit creates real-world miracles.
In your experience, what are some of the most common limiting beliefs people struggle with, and how do you help them break free?
In my experience, some of the most common limiting beliefs people struggle with are tied to their sense of personal power and autonomy. Many clients come to me believing that they are cursed, that someone is doing magic or sending negative energy to block their success, or that they are doomed to repeat their past traumas. These beliefs often stem from a lack of self-trust and a deep feeling of being powerless in the face of external forces.
I will not dismiss the reality that some people believe in the power of curses or magic. However, what I focus on is helping my clients understand that their internal world—how they think and feel—has a far greater influence on their lives than any external force. This is where the Law of Mentalism comes in. According to this principle, our reality is shaped by our thoughts and emotions. If you believe that someone has the power to curse you, then you empower that belief to control you. I guide my clients to realize that no one, not even external energies or people, can take away their autonomy unless they allow it.
Additionally, many people struggle with the belief that they are unworthy of success or happiness. This belief often stems from childhood experiences where they were not validated or supported, which reinforces feelings of inadequacy. I work with my clients to break these patterns by helping them heal their inner child and reprogram their subconscious. We uncover how their past experiences are influencing their present beliefs and behavior, and I guide them in shifting their mindset to reclaim their power.
Another limiting belief I see is the rumination on past hurts, regrets, or perceived failures. This constant loop of negative thinking can trap my clients in a state of victimhood, where they feel as though they are powerless to change their circumstances. By addressing these ruminating thoughts and guiding them through the process of forgiveness and self-empowerment, I help my clients transmute these energies for their higher good.
Ultimately, my approach is about showing my clients that they are the creators of their reality. No one has power over them unless they allow it—whether it's a curse, a toxic person, or their own limiting beliefs. By reprogramming the mind and releasing these limiting beliefs, my clients break free from the cycle of fear and victimhood and embrace their full potential.
Could you share the story behind your book, Trauma That Metamorphosis Into a Butterfly, and how it has impacted readers?
My book, Trauma That Metamorphosis Into a Butterfly, is a powerful short story that follows the journey of a child named Phoenix through abuse, healing, and ultimately becoming a source of inspiration for others. The story is designed to resonate with both children and adults because trauma does not discriminate by age, and healing the inner child is a universal process. It reminds readers that it truly takes a village to raise a child—and that village includes nurturing the inner child within ourselves.
This book has deeply impacted readers by helping them rediscover their voices, confront their traumas, and seek the healing they deserve. It has also been a catalyst for many to release the shame and guilt that often accompany painful experiences. Readers have shared that Phoenix's story inspires them to confront their challenges, overcome feelings of being stuck, and move forward toward their goals with newfound strength and determination.
At its core, Trauma That Metamorphosis Into a Butterfly is for anyone who has faced adversity and is ready to reclaim their life. It is a testament to the beauty and resilience that can emerge from even the darkest chapters of our lives—a reminder that, like a butterfly, we can transform into something extraordinary after enduring the cocoon of struggle.
How do you use platforms like YouTube and TikTok to reach and support a wider audience on their healing journeys?
I use platforms like YouTube and TikTok as powerful tools to connect with a broader audience and support them on their healing journeys. These platforms allow me to share valuable content, including personal stories, client success testimonials, meditation practices, and the transformative lessons I've learned throughout my life. I also highlight the joy and fulfillment I've cultivated, showing others that this same joy is their birthright.
Through my content, I inspire others to take ownership of their healing, growth, and transformation. I also use these platforms to share details about my programs and events, such as my monthly Master-Minds. These group sessions create a safe, intentional space for people to come together, heal, and reprogram their mindsets toward empowerment and abundance.
YouTube and TikTok also allow me to share practical tools, insights, and affirmations that resonate with viewers wherever they are on their journey. By combining relatability with educational content, I'm able to reach people worldwide and remind them that they are never alone on their path to transformation.
What advice would you give to someone starting their journey toward healing from trauma and reclaiming their self-worth?
The number one piece of advice I would give to someone starting their healing journey is to have compassion and acceptance for yourself. Healing from trauma and reclaiming your self-worth is not always an easy path, but it is deeply rewarding, and with persistence, it does get better.
In the beginning, you might feel the urge to return to old patterns or behaviors because they feel familiar and safe. This is your body's natural way of trying to protect you—it's simply a survival mechanism. Be patient with yourself during this time and recognize that stepping into the unknown is a courageous act of self-love.
As you dive deeper into your healing, you may uncover memories or patterns you had forgotten or weren't even aware of. When this happens, I encourage you to observe these revelations without judgment. Allow yourself to sit with them and embrace them with love and curiosity rather than fear.
Forgiveness is another essential part of this process, not just for others but primarily for yourself. Forgiveness doesn't mean excusing what happened—it means giving yourself the grace to acknowledge that in those moments, you were doing the best you could with the knowledge and tools you had. Forgiveness opens the door to releasing shame and guilt, creating space for self-worth to take root and flourish.
Above all, trust that you are worthy of healing, and every small step you take is a step toward the beautiful, empowered person you are becoming.
Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.
My greatest career achievement so far is starting my own business. There's nothing more fulfilling than being in control of my gift and sharing it with the people I feel genuinely called to serve.
When I graduated two years ago and moved off campus, my primary focus was finding a "good job." I didn't realize how deeply I was still operating in survival mode. I thought having a master's degree and a unique gift for helping people would naturally lead to a well-paying, stable position. After all, I had endured growing up, I felt like I finally deserved to live comfortably—buy the things I needed, take the vacations I'd never experienced, and indulge in the joy of simply being able to take care of myself.
However, the reality of burnout hit me hard when I began working as a therapist. I poured so much of my energy and empathy into others without feeling fairly compensated or fulfilled. That was when I decided to take my business seriously and bet on myself.
This decision has been transformative. Running my own business is the most aligned and flow-state experience I've ever had. I get to harness all my creative energy, use my empathy intentionally, and invest in my gifts while helping others who resonate with my journey. It feels incredible to step into my purpose and create a life I love while empowering others to do the same.
Taking control of my life, my gifts, and my empathy has truly been my greatest achievement.
If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?
If I could change one thing about the mental health industry, it would be access and equity in mental health care. As a mental health therapist, I see firsthand the challenges faced by both therapists and clients. Therapists are often underpaid, leading to burnout and limiting their ability to provide quality care. At the same time, clients who desperately want and need treatment often can't afford it, creating a cycle where those who need support the most are left without resources. This imbalance stretches therapists thin, especially those of us who deeply care and want to make a difference.
If we prioritized the mental health of those who are responsible for holding space for others, such as therapists, the world would become more receptive to healing overall. A well-supported therapist is better equipped to serve clients effectively, creating a ripple effect of wellness in communities.
Additionally, I believe the industry would benefit from implementing assessments to screen for therapists with narcissistic personality traits (NPD). Vulnerable clients are often further harmed by professionals who lack empathy or exploit the therapeutic relationship. While this idea comes with its paradoxes—which I explore more deeply on my YouTube channel—it's worth addressing to minimize harm and foster safer healing spaces.
Mental health care should be accessible, ethical, and sustainable for everyone involved, from clients to clinicians. That's the shift I would champion.
Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.
A pivotal moment in my life that shaped who I am today was learning the power of saying "NO. It may sound simple, but it was profoundly transformative for me. In 2022, I was finishing my grad program at West Chester University while being part of the Promise Program for homeless youth. Graduation felt bittersweet. While I was proud of my accomplishments, I was terrified-graduating meant I would have to leave the dorms that had been my safe haven for five years. For someone with a 10/10 ACE score, being a student gave me a chance to relive a piece of childhood I never truly experienced, and I cherished that safety.
As I prepared to graduate, someone close to me asked me to attend their graduation, which was six hours away and a three-day event. I felt enormous pressure to show up for them, but I was also grappling with my own needs and fears. I asked myself, "Why can't I prioritize myself during this critical moment in my life?" That internal battle led me to make a choice I'd never made before: I said "No."
Their reaction was harsh—they told me that if I didn't go, we couldn't celebrate together with a vacation trip to Jamaica, something I had been looking forward to as I'd never been on a plane before. Still, I stood firm, honoring how I felt. Saying "No" to them and "Yes" to myself felt like a loss at the time, but it turned out to be a major gain.
Two years later, my life is unrecognizable in the best way. I've been on multiple flights, I'm in a loving relationship, I have a successful business and a beautiful fur daughter, and I work with incredible clients every day. Most importantly, I own my voice and my power.
If I hadn't said "No" back then, I'd still be saying "Yes" to things that didn't align with my highest good. That decision showed me that "No" is not just a word—it's a tool for liberation, and it's the reason I have the freedom and peace I enjoy today.
What is the best advice you would give to others who want to follow a similar career path in coaching and online entrepreneurship?
The best advice I could give to anyone looking to follow a similar career path is to start with a clear vision of your goals and stay true to your authentic self. Being a coach and online entrepreneur requires immense courage, vulnerability, and self-awareness.
Know your why: Understand why you want to pursue this path. What is your deeper mission? For me, it's about helping others transform their pain into purpose. If you are clear about why you are doing this, it becomes easier to align your content and offerings with your true calling.
Invest in yourself: This is crucial. I have invested thousands of dollars in my personal growth and development—whether that's through coaching, courses, or therapy. You can't give what you don't have, so continuously working on your healing and growth is key. This not only elevates your practice but also helps you stay connected and grounded in your mission.
Stay consistent and resilient: Building a following and a successful business takes time. There will be periods of self-doubt and slow growth. My advice is to be patient with the process and stay committed to your vision, even when the results don't come as quickly as you'd like. Keep showing up and providing value, and the right people will find you.
Build a strong support network: Surround yourself with mentors, coaches, and peers who understand the entrepreneurial journey. Having Myron Golden, and Victor Oddo as one of my coaches and my supportive community has been invaluable. They provide feedback, accountability, and encouragement during challenging times.
Embrace your unique voice: Your experiences, insights, and perspective are what make you valuable. Don't try to fit into a mold or replicate someone else's success. Instead, embrace your uniqueness and let it shine through in your content and coaching.
Ultimately, following a path like mine is about being of service, sharing your light, and making a difference in the world. If you can do that, success will naturally follow.
