Life can be tumultuous, throwing unexpected challenges our way that can affect our mental health. From losing a loved one to business failures or wrongful accusations, these experiences can leave us mentally depressed, emotionally drained, and socially disconnected. As someone who has navigated through such difficulties, I have realized that fundamental self-healing begins with rediscovering the innate mental Wellness inherent in all human beings. They are principles and basic ways to focus on your inner thought and self, lead a happier life, and build healthier relationships with yourself and the world around you.

Mental Wellness is a growing concern in today's rapid world. Many people experience stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma due to the pressures of daily life, constant exposure to technology, and societal expectations. Despite these challenges, we can all return to an innate mental health that offers hope and the potential for self-healing. Natural mental health is an individual's inherent well-being, which is present regardless of past experiences or circumstances. Just like our physiology, our physical body has an innate ability to heal itself when injured, and our mind also has the capacity for mental well-being. External stressors, negative thought patterns, societal conditioning, and traumatic experiences can all cloud our natural mental health. However, it is possible to rediscover this state of mind, as it is never lost.

Here are some fundamental ways in which you can return to your natural state of mental health:

  1. One crucial aspect of this journey is acknowledging the existence of a natural mental health state. It's essential to recognize that mental suffering is not an inherent part of life, and our natural state of mind is one of contentment, peace, compassion, and wisdom. Our minds, like our physical bodies, have an innate ability to heal themselves, and despite external stressors or traumatic experiences, this state of mental well-being is never truly lost.

  2. Cultivating self-awareness is another fundamental step in rediscovering our natural mental Wellness. This involves being mindful of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. By developing self-awareness, we can identify negative thought patterns, triggers, and emotional responses that may impact our mental health. Understanding that thoughts are not permanent and learning to accept them without judgment or attachment is also crucial.

  3. Practicing mindfulness is a powerful tool for reconnecting with our natural mental Wellness. Mindfulness involves intentionally bringing our attention to the present moment without judgment. This can be practiced through meditation, breathing exercises, or being fully present in our daily activities. Mindfulness can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and increase self-awareness.

It involves prioritizing adequate sleep, a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment. Setting healthy boundaries, practicing self-compassion, and self-acceptance are essential aspects of self-care.

  5. Challenging negative thoughts is another crucial step in this journey. Negative thought patterns can distort our perception of reality and impact our mental health. By identifying and questioning these thoughts, examining evidence for and against them, and replacing them with more positive perspectives, we can shift our mindset towards a more balanced and healthier outlook.

  6. Letting go of the past is also essential in rediscovering our natural mental Wellness. Focusing on the present moment and engaging in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment while practicing gratitude for what we have can help us release the grip of the past and move forward with a clearer mind.

  7. Finding meaning and purpose is another powerful aspect of this journey. Reflecting on our values, passions, and interests can help us identify our purpose and align our lives accordingly. Engaging in meaningful and purposeful activities, such as volunteering or pursuing creative outlets, can contribute to our innate mental health.

Seeking support from trusted friends, family members, or mental health professionals can be instrumental in rediscovering our natural mental Wellness. Various tools, techniques, and coaching programs can provide guidance on managing stress, processing emotions, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and healing independently.

In conclusion, while life can throw us into chaos and impact our mental health, it's important to remember that our human psychology all have an innate capacity for mental well-being. Through self-awareness, mindfulness, self-care, challenging negative thoughts, practicing gratitude, finding meaning and purpose, and seeking support, we can rediscover our natural mental Wellness and embark on a journey of fundamental self-healing. By understanding that our thoughts are impermanent and not reality, we can shift our focus to what is now and engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment. So, let's embrace the wisdom of our mind, consciousness, and thoughts and navigate life's challenges with peace, compassion, and wisdom. Remember, you can heal yourself and rediscover your natural mental Wellness.
