Ora Nadrich, President &Institute for Transformational Thinking

Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

I’m an author, a Mindfulness practitioner, and the founder and president of the IFTT. I’m also a wife of a wonderful husband, Jeff, and a mom of two awesome sons, Jake and Ben. We have two dogs, a cat, a tortoise, and three turtles. We have always had a lot of animals and one time had a plethora of reptiles! I love to spend as much time by the ocean as possible.

I found my life calling after a family crisis and a two-decades-long psycho-spiritual journey that led me to become a Life Coach and a Mindfulness teacher — and eventually to write books and create the IFTT.

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

My business, The Institute For Transformational Thinking, helps clients overcome limited thoughts and beliefs by using my Says Who? Method, as well as implementing Mindfulness and meditation into their lives. We offer Thought Coach certification training, both self-guided and facilitated, that provides the tools to help with healing and transforming lives.

What are your current goals for your business?

The goals of the IFTT are to introduce Mindfulness to people to more fully and authentically experience the precious gift of life. We continue to widen our reach through live events, teaching more workshops, getting Mindfulness into schools and businesses, and writing books on Mindfulness. I look for any ways to expand that will bring Mindfulness into as many people’s lives as possible.

What is your work inspired by?

I’m inspired by the extraordinary benefits Mindfulness brings into one’s life. I feel passionate about helping others be the very best they can be, and I believe that Mindfulness is one of the greatest, inherent abilities that we have. Through the expanded awareness that Mindfulness provides, I believe that we can make a positive change for this planet that we share with one another.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

One of my greatest career achievements so far is the recognition for one of my books, Live True, by Book Authority as one of the top 100 Mindfulness books of all time.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

I lost two of my siblings, Esty and Daniel, and I feel that they’re my guardian angels. My work is inspired by both of them, and so much of what I teach others is what I learned from losing them. They’ve enriched my work and helped me be who I am today.
