Attending Ayahuasca ceremonies, microdosing mushrooms, journeying with San Pedro – these ancient shamanic practices are the latest craze amongst people all over the globe, and yes, when these practices are facilitated in the right way they can be life-changing as they enable you to open the receptors in your brain, and to release old negative programs and beliefs.

Unfortunately, where there is money to be made this has potentially attracted many to hold ceremonies that do not have the correct training in place, and have no idea on how to deal with the many issues that can arise. If for example, an ayahuasquero (a ceremony holder for ayahuasca) runs a ceremony without a curandero (healer) present, they run the risk of endangering attendees, if they encounter powerful negative energies. Added to this some ceremony facilitators have been known to mix in other dangerous and highly toxic ingredients. This is a dangerous practice, and the attendees can end up with a whole host of psychological problems, that they didn’t necessarily have before they attended a ceremony.

In addition to the problem that some ceremony facilitators can be unscrupulous, there is also the issue of sustainability to consider. It takes between 8 and 20 years for the ayahuasca vine to grow, and we are close to the demand exceeding the supply. Local people who have used the medicine traditionally for years, will no longer be able to afford it, and it will cause further damage to an already decimated rainforest.

I have been an energy healer for over twenty-five years, and over the last couple of years, new modalities and frequencies have become available for me to bring through, assisting clients to heal and also to teach these modalities, so that clients may use these to heal themselves and others.

In light of possible dangerous situations during plant ceremonies, I have been guided to work with the consciousness of the plants. Plants are sentient beings, with a consciousness. It is the plant that you are accepting guidance from, and this can be facilitated through energy. Therefore, one of the safest ways to work with Ayahuasca, Psilocybin and San Pedro is on an energetic basis, this is equally effective as physically ingesting the plant, and enables you to receive the correct dosage for you, with none of the risks, yet still being able to travel on this life-changing journey.

As well as facilitating the ceremonies, we offer support and assistance with integration following the journeys, as this is key to making significant changes to your life. Without proper integration it can be so easy to slip back into your normal habits and way of life, and never really achieve any permanent changes. Integration takes work and persistence, and my team and I are able to help guide you through this, with monthly support groups or one to ones, if necessary.

We will be running global in-person retreats throughout 2024, as well as online mini plant journeys starting 12th September at 7 pm (UK) as we begin our series with the magical psychoactive Egyptian blue lotus. The link to sign up is here.
