Sometimes overwhelm is not coming from the obvious things like job, career or relationships or expectations for your own future that you might feel you can’t meet.
Sometimes it's changes within you, and actually it's the resistance of changes in you creating it.
What if you allow it to be? Knowing its changes within, changes you've been asking for.
Also, on many occasions we confuse it with excitement. Is it anxiety or excitement?
Something within you might be aware, exited what's about to occur in your life.
What if you ask questions and be in the question; often we do not allow ourselves to be who we are, that creates conflict within, we adjust and conform with the surroundings.
Ask: What gives you more of you right now?
You might think it's not significant, but actually everything at that moment is.
Is it a walk in the park, music in your air pods, bathroom break, if you're at the office, meditation, gym, cooking or is it your go to person that always helps you to come back or at least closer to your centre?
Ask without any judgement and be with the question for 2 seconds.
What would it be to be as happy as you are?
As beautiful as you are?
As powerful as you are?
As sensitive as you are?
As healthy as you are?
As wealthy as you are?
As attentive as you are?
As confident as you are?
As loving as you are?
As creative as you are?
As extraordinary as you are?
As fulfilled as you truly are?
What if you stop worrying about getting your life right? What would it be like? To be in alignment with yourself, and alignment with the surroundings as a consequence.
Next time you are in a overwhelm you ask; is it the change I've been asking for?
And it gets exiting right away!
Have an exciting New Year!
