My Mission Is To Transform Millions Of Humans Around The World ‒ Exclusive Interview With Mahima

My name has not always been Mahima. I was born in Zimbabwe, with the name Lucille, and after I went through a deep rebirth experience at the age of 23 in an Ashram in India, I received the name Mahima and I just loved it! It felt more ME. Even my mom used the name Mahima, and that says a lot about how perfectly the name fits me.

The new life as Mahima has been a whirlwind tour, spanning over two and a half decades, involving at least one hundred thousand people. Taking place on all seven continents and in over 100 countries.

Mahima, Europe's No. 1 Self Mastery Mentor

How do you help your clients?

My passion for people is what has made my journey so abundant, as Europe's # 1 self-mastery mentor, I believe I have one of the most amazing jobs on the planet! I get to support people finding their calling and living their passion. Being happier, and more grounded, healing trauma and letting go of what no longer serves them. Becoming fearless and unstoppable is another side effect of my Own Your Superstar mentorship training.

Sounds easier said than done, but I have created a fun learning campus, for people to attain their PHD on how to be happy, with my unique approach and proprietary personal growth tools and mindset hacks.

What is your business name and what kind of audience do you target your business towards?

Our company, The Mahima Mindset, has its headquarters in Switzerland, but we do serve people from all over the world, as we have created effective online transformational retreats and training. We serve mostly women, but men are very welcome and needed on our campus.

Conscious men and women that are working on being better versions of themselves, change makers that are disrupting the status quo. Opening up important conversations about unity, diversity and connection.

What are your current goals for your business?

My wish is to reach bigger companies and create more corporate training opportunities for people to have access to a new language of resilience, focus and learning soft skills that will bring more feminine balance and intuitive creative thinking into workspaces.

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

We believe that we all need coaches and mentors to help us go faster on our growth path, and that is why we will continue finding, investing in, and working with world-class coaches for my personal development.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

My greatest achievement to date is the fact that my whole adult life has been fully dedicated to a growth mindset. I have done over 10 000 hours of meditation and had the privilege to share stages with greats like Sir Richard Branson, Les Brown, Lisa Nichols, Vishen Lakhiani, Kane and Alessia Minkus and many more amazing change makers. I have created a life that blows my mind every day because from where I came from, it's a miracle what I have achieved.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

I come from a broken home, where my dad abandoned me at 3, my mom went through very challenging times in her childhood and then was left hanging by the man she loved, which meant violent outbursts of physical and mental abuse towards my sister and me, in my childhood.

I am living proof that changing your mindset and how you feel can create magic in your life and you can build something truly mind blowing.

What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

The Mahima Mindset wishes to introduce this in every school on planet earth, by educating the educators. Imagine learning how to deal with negative thoughts and emotions from a young age. Imagine school systems that put as much importance on personal growth, money mindset, sexual development, confidence building, finding your true talent and personal calling, as they put on developing our mind intelligence.

Kids would get less stressed, more grounded, laugh more and feel happier just being themselves. Instead of competing against each other, and comparing themselves with others. We could create a culture of supporting and elevating each other more.

Yes, The Mahima Mindset has a lot of work to do, in helping humans be great! We are up for the challenge and feel grateful for all the support this work gets in the world. My mission is to transform millions of humans around the world, who are also passionate about using their voice and talent to make dramatic changes in how we operate together. The planet needs our brilliance and love, look around, change is no longer optional!
