Your business Soul Vibe & Energy High, LLC focuses on helping business owners overcome their limiting beliefs. How did it start? Can you tell us a little bit about it?
My coaching journey started at the end of 2019, it was when the world was going into Covid lockdown. With so much fear and anxiety about the unknown, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to put myself in a time-out and work on my self-development. I didn’t feel successful, I lacked self-work from abusive relationships, and I didn’t have inner peace. These negative feelings were hindering me for a very long time. I took multiple courses on mindset, energy, and manifestation. The manifestation course led me to my passion for becoming a Master Spiritual Life Coach. I learned if you could heal your childhood trauma you could manifest your desired goals. I fought this theory at first, then realized that everyone in some way or another is suffering from childhood trauma. This catapulted me to earn my master life coach accreditation in 5 months and the next month my coaching business was open part-time, and I was signing clients!
Over the next year, I invested over $25K in my business by taking multiple online business courses and hiring a business consultant. I wanted to learn the ins and out of running a business and creating a high-ticket program. I wanted to focus my coaching on business mindset and help business owners reprogram their mindset to scale their businesses and find inner peace. My investment paid off and in July 2022 I left my 6-figure corporate job of 23 years to coach full-time. What kind of audience does Soul Vibe & Energy High, LLC target?
My target audience is business owners who are trying to scale their businesses with a chaotic mindset. You can’t attract success if your mindset is going a hundred different ways per minute, you must reprogram your mindset for success! Your success is determined by your self-worth, healing your past trauma, and clearly aligning with your goals. These goals are not just in your business but also in your personal life. What would you like to achieve for yourself and Soul Vibe & Energy High, LLC in the future?
My achievement for my business is to keep growing and keep myself open to new opportunities. I have met with so many amazing people on my journey and have watched my clients grow exponentially in such a short period of time. I truly believe your network is your net worth and through your passion, you will be abundant. What is your work inspired by?
Manifestation is a big inspiration when it comes to my business success. The Law of Attraction is real and how you feel, what you think, what you say, and what you do will attract everything to you whether it’s positive or negative. Mastering your mindset is a big key to success! Since my coaching journey started, I’ve followed the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Neville Goddard, Bob Proctor, Wayne Dyer, and Abraham Hicks. Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.
The greatest achievement in my career is becoming a full-time coach within less than two years of opening my business. Part of my childhood conditioning was to find a stable corporate job that included a stable income, full benefits, and a 401K. I never thought my coaching business would be full-time, I was coaching part-time during the evenings and on the weekends to make extra income. In 2021, I manifested making 6-figures in my corporate job which prepared me to make my transition into full-time. Of course, the Universe threw me a couple of good curveballs to test me if I was going to run back to corporate or not. I’m happy to report, my business mindset WON! Nothing is more rewarding than serving your passion and being abundant. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?
One thing I would change in our saturated coaching community is for coaches to do their self-work first. I coach a lot of other coaches who don’t feel confident or are suffering from Imposter Syndrome but are coaching clients on how to overcome these same problems. You can’t give your clients 100% if you don’t feel 100% yourself. If you don’t feel 100%, your business cannot grow abundantly.
