Spearheading projects across various sectors – from mixed-use and multi-family developments to commercial and light industrial ventures, and even brownfield redevelopments – has allowed me to deeply engage with the fabric of these cities. What stands out the most for me is the successful negotiation of development agreements that epitomize true public/private partnerships.
