He is the founder of Doc Murphy Movements, a ministry and business coaching platform, the author of the book You Success, published in 2024, and the founder of The Everywhere Network, a church planting network.
Building a successful brand isn’t just about consistency; it’s about making your customers the heroes of your story. Donald Miller popularized this concept, and I couldn’t agree more. When you position your customers as the protagonists, you create a powerful emotional connection that leads to greater loyalty, engagement, and ultimately, sales.
For me, marketing boils down to this: telling the truth attractively. Craft a compelling narrative about who you are, what you do, and how you solve real problems for real people. Be truthful, creative, and relatable. Every story you share should highlight how your business provides solutions to the challenges your customers face.
The power of omnipresence
Let’s be real: you could have the cure to someone’s most pressing problem, but if no one knows about it, you’re helping no one. Awareness comes before action. That’s why we, as entrepreneurs and leaders, must be laser-focused on breaking through the noise.
Omnipresence isn’t just a nice idea—it’s a necessity. To be omnipresent is to be everywhere your audience looks. It’s about leveraging every platform, every opportunity, and every tool available to share your story and solutions.
At The Everywhere Network, my wife and I take this principle to heart. Here’s a glimpse into how we’re executing it:
Social media: We don’t just post once a day; we post multiple times. We share quotes, videos, and compelling stories across all major platforms.
Video content: From YouTube to TikTok, we’re consistently uploading videos that connect, inspire, and engage.
Advertising: We run targeted social media ads to reach specific audiences, ensuring our message lands where it needs to.
Content Excellence: Our graphics, ads, and promotional materials are modern, clean, and captivating—they reflect the excellence we believe in.
Streaming platforms: Our music and sermons are on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, and more. We’re doing everything we can to make our voices heard.
Podcasts and Interviews: We’re sharing our message through every possible medium—radio, podcasts, and live interviews.
Email and text marketing: We keep our audience connected through regular updates and engaging campaigns.
Shine like a lamp on a stand
We’re not hiding in the shadows. As Jesus taught, we’re standing on the lampstand, shining brightly. This is our mission: to be everywhere.
When God spoke to us about this, it was clear. To fulfill our purpose, we must reach people wherever they are. Whether through a sermon, a song, a podcast, or a social media post, our message is that we are here to help, to serve, and to bring transformation.
Relevance is everything
The biggest challenge for most businesses and ministries isn’t a lack of purpose, skill, or even resources—it’s obscurity. If your audience doesn’t know you exist, they can’t benefit from what you have to offer. That’s why being visible and relevant across multiple platforms is
non-negotiable.
With God’s wisdom, you can create strategies that elevate your brand and amplify your voice. Don’t settle for being a hidden gem. Shine brightly, connect authentically, and let your story inspire those you’re called to serve.
The world is waiting for your solutions. So step up, step out, and make your presence known. Your brand isn’t just about who you are—it’s about how you’re showing up for the people who need you most.
