“Loving ourselves is our first basic awareness of accepting that we are Love. We keep falling in love with ourselves and appreciate our existence as we keep appreciating and are grateful for ourselves. This is the eternal bliss's secret. Love is about confidence and trust in being human on earth. There should never be doubt in your ability. Fear does appear to remind and give information to the person to be aware of what you need to let go of, to align to self. Honestly, it can be a lifetime of self-love work. Never doubt yourself.

The basic steps that I am sharing are simple steps that are enough to show that You are loved. It is a slow process, and it is work you will be doing for yourself. It is a practice that you keep feeding the self as a reminder, and with consistency to evolve you toward your satisfaction of being who you are. Practice, practice, practice, practice, and practice. Some steps to share on practising loving yourself


Learn the meaning of self-love

You are important to yourself. You matter to yourself. You never need anyone's approval to be yourself. You Love yourself so you can expand to love others too as for yourself.


Be patient with yourself

The ability to practise patience within is important to understand the self. Patience gives the space to clarify, transform and precise awareness of self. Loving yourself requires a huge amount of patience that allows the flow of transformation to take place within. Therefore, to evoke powerful self-love, practice patience.


Respect yourself by approving yourself

Do not depend on others to approve yourself. Looking for outside approval can be limiting. Self Love opens the unlimited possibilities through self-empowerment. You are an authentic personality. You meant to enjoy yourself in every expansion by approving yourself unconditionally. Never wait for anyone to give respect. You must feel that you're worthy of respect, which will attract everything that gives you the true meaning of respect.


Be forgiving to yourself and others

Only through forgiveness does love get stronger within. Self-love is the truth that allows forgiveness to flow without resentment and grudges. It gives you the space to acknowledge your mistakes, learn from them, and continue to love yourself despite your fear of making mistakes.


Never talk negatively to yourself

Be active in recognising your inner talk. Inner talk refers to your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas about yourself. If you say to yourself, I am bad. Then, it will keep making you believe that you are bad. You can reverse the way you speak to yourself by saying, "I feel I deserve good; I know I am good, so I am good." Repeat the phrase “I am good”, feel it, and believe it your honest truth.


Develop a feeling of appreciation for love, yourself, life, the world and everything

Give gratitude power in you so life gives you more. We live in a vibrational world. Appreciation leads to a value within and an understanding of self-worth. Feel more worthy and harness the power of being valued and worthy. The more you express your own inner worth and value, the more appreciation vibrates from within to those around you.


You are enough to be you, you are free to be you

Your freedom is defined by your own understanding of who you are. There is only one person that matters to you that is You. By loving yourself and staying positive, love will become your strength.


As you love yourself on both sides of you, you will realise your ability to create your life

You will no longer blame others for anything wrong because you take responsibility for your thoughts and words. The way of thinking that guides you to create a better life and attract people who inspire you to be you.



Basic daily practise of self-love feeding within

Start your morning by looking into your eyes and saying this to yourself more than 20 times. “I love you (say your name)".


Practise gratitude in every moment of your life

Gratitude creates positive energy and an abundance of love. Get a book and start writing 50 thank you for everything in life that you experience, receive, and give daily.


Always talk and think positively about yourself

(Practice every 30 minutes daily), You can start by creating positive sentences about yourself and saying many times to yourself. For example, "I am good enough unconditionally." Repeat like 100 times a day. 


By practicing the above, you will be uplifting yourself. This will help to build your confidence, be ready to face any challenges and build good cells in your body. Gradually, you will understand your true love by recognising the facts that will be manifesting in your life.
