1. Cherish your partner

The most crucial person in your life is who chose to share their life with you. Treat them with the love and respect they deserve.



2. Take care of your health

Whether you live a long or short life, you'll wish you had taken better care of yourself in your younger years. Trust me on this one.



3. Value experiences over stuff

Material objects come and go, but memories last a lifetime. Invest in experiences that bring joy and meaning to your life.



4. Trust in Relationships

Jealousy can be toxic. Trust your significant other because, at the end of the day, trust is the foundation of any strong relationship.



5. Find a good enough job

The right job is one you love some days, can tolerate most days, and that pays the bills. Almost nobody loves their job every single day, and that's okay.



6. Stay present

When life feels overwhelming, take a moment to breathe and savour the beauty around you. Relax and enjoy the present moment.



7. Live a full life before settling down

Don't rush into marriage. Travel, explore, and experience life. Use your freedom to see the world and create unforgettable memories.



8. Laugh often

Life can be absurd and unpredictable. Learn to laugh at its ridiculousness, even in tough times.



9. Value true friendships

A true friend will be there for you at 2 AM, while everyone else is just an acquaintance.



10. Cherish time with children

Kids grow up too fast. Make the most of every moment you have with them.



11. Balance work and life

No one ever dies wishing they had worked more. Work hard, but don't let it come before your family, friends, or well-being.



12. Eat and exercise wisely

Treat your body as if you were already a diabetic heart patient. This way, you may never become one.



13. Floss regularly

It might not sound profound, but dental problems are a real pain. Keep your teeth and gums healthy.



14. Trust yourself

Advice is helpful, but ultimately, you must make your own decisions. Trust your judgment and instincts.



15. Protect your joints

The joints you damage today will remind you of it later. Take care of them now to avoid regrets in the future.



16. Pursue your dreams

Don't wait until you're 60 to realize you have yet to do what you dreamed. Start now and make those dreams a reality.



17. Appreciate the small moments
