What is laser coaching? Right for the busy professional who seeks external guidance in a short amount of time. Laser Coaching is a focused and efficient coaching approach that helps individuals and organizations achieve their goals quickly and effectively. Unlike traditional coaching methods, which may take months to produce results, Laser Coaching is designed to deliver measurable outcomes in a short amount of time.

By using powerful questioning techniques and targeted interventions, Laser Coaches help their clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and act towards their desired outcomes. This approach can be particularly beneficial for busy professionals who need to make rapid progress on specific goals, as well as for organizations looking to improve performance and productivity.

How laser coaching works

The process involves setting clear objectives, creating an action plan, and implementing strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Laser Coaching is designed to be fast-paced and results-driven, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes in a short amount of time.

One example of how Laser Coaching can be implemented is in the workplace. A manager may use Laser Coaching to help an employee improve their performance in a specific area, such as communication or time management. The coach would work with the employee to set clear goals, identify areas for improvement, and create an action plan to achieve those goals. Through regular check-ins and feedback, the coach would help the employee stay on track and make progress towards their objectives or even within one session.

The role of the laser coach

A Laser Coach plays a crucial role in helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. They are responsible for providing guidance and support to their clients, helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses, and creating actionable plans to achieve their objectives. A good Coach can create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings, while also challenging them to think critically and push themselves beyond their comfort zones.

A coach who uses the laser coaching technique, might use a combination of mentoring and coaching, NLP or other human sensory modalities.

Laser coaching vs. Traditional coaching

Traditional coaching typically involves longer sessions and a more general approach to problem-solving, while Laser Coaching is focused on specific, targeted goals and is designed to be completed in shorter, more frequent sessions. This allows for greater flexibility and adaptability in addressing issues as they arise, rather than waiting for a scheduled session.

To make it impactful despite the shorter sessions, I have created a program on a 6-month subscription fee, like a fitness one, where you can book a 15-minutes to 30-minutes coaching session, max 3 times a week at your own convenience.

Getting started with laser coaching

To get started with Laser Coaching, it's important to first identify your goals and what you hope to achieve through coaching. You need to come prepared on what you want to focus on for the session for efficiency and impact.

Laser Coaching is to help you reach your full potential, and sometimes that means stepping outside of your comfort zone. Come with an open mind, be prepared for being challenged.
