A Women's Health and Wellness Coach and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who empowers busy career and family-oriented women and mothers to prioritize luxury self-care, health, and wellness within their hectic lifestyles. Her mission: To globally transform women's lives by equipping them with online tools, resources, and strategies to drastically improve their life balance and prevent burnout. She envisions that more women will better serve their families and communities by prioritizing their health first throughout their daily routines.

Can you tell us more about your work and how you ended up where you are today?


Several years ago, I was completely burnt out from working at my corporate physical therapist job and was exhausted after every shift. Inevitably, I resigned from my position to escape burnout and live a life with more time and freedom to create my dream life on my terms. It was then that I became passionate about helping other women prevent exhaustion and burnout in their daily lives. I created The Lady Well Consulting, LLC. to give busy career and family-oriented women guidance on incorporating health, wellness, spirituality, and luxury into their daily lives for increased fulfillment and overall life balance.


My business is dedicated to building long-standing relationships with women across the world on a foundation of faith, feminity, and fearlessness. The Lady Well Consulting is committed to empowering modern working women and mothers to prevent overwork, burnout, and exhaustion. Ultimately, my brand strives to deliver premium coaching experiences, luxury wellness retreats, and online resources to help transform stressed, hardworking women into Queens who are in charge of their time, health, and wellness.


My business is all about teaching busy women and mothers to learn how to delegate tasks to others to get more time for self-care to improve their quality of life in all dimensions of wellness, which include emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial wellbeing. If any of these dimensions are neglected over some time, it will negatively affect one's well-being and quality of life. I’ve always wanted to help improve others’ lives and my brand helps me to fulfill my purpose of facilitating transformation in women’s lives. I thoroughly enjoy encouraging women to build stress-free lives, redesign their daily routines, do the necessary inner work to remodel their mindset and become unapologetic about setting boundaries to protect their peace, time, and energy.


What kinds of tasks do you help busy women and mothers learn how to delegate to get time back for themselves?


I help busy women and mothers learn when and how to seek help at home and work by outsourcing at least one or a combination of the following tasks: household cleaning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, childcare and school-related tasks, errands, administrative tasks, personal shopping, home maintenance and repairs, work-related tasks, event planning, personal assistance, and scheduling self-care activities in a calendar.


I offer a virtual assistant to each woman enrolled in my signature program, called The 6-Week Wellness TransformHER, so that they can delegate tasks to the assistant to make their lives stress-free! More information about The 6-Week Wellness TransformHER can be found here.


Initially, when learning how to delegate tasks to others, it doesn’t take a lot of energy or a large team. For example, outsourcing a few meals to a personal chef 2-3 times a week can make a huge difference in one’s life because you can get those hours back that you would have otherwise spent grocery shopping, cleaning and preparing the food, and cooking.


In what way would you say that you are unique in how you help your clients?


I authentically serve my clients at the highest level by listening to their concerns and providing solutions and premium experiences to suit their needs. My coaching is meticulously tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective journey to wellness, even within intimate group coaching sessions.


Transparency and ethical practices are a part of my core principles. I maintain an open and continuous feedback loop with my clients, actively listening to their experiences, concerns, and successes. This collaborative approach ensures that we are always aligned with their evolving needs. In a world often saturated with quick-fix promises, I focus on setting well-grounded objectives to ensure that clients experience success while laying the foundation for long-term health. I advocate for realistic and achievable goals and believe that the coaching process is a partnership.


Leveraging the latest technology, I provide a seamless online coaching experience. From virtual self-care calls to interactive masterclasses, my clients benefit from the convenience of at-home support, making their wellness journey both effective and accessible. I also foster a sense of community among my clients and empower them with transformative knowledge. In our online space, they find support, motivation, and a shared journey. Is there something special you would like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?


It is my earnest prayer to contribute towards the realization of the health, wellness, and lifestyle aspirations of numerous women and mothers. As previously mentioned, my longstanding ambition has been to create transformative change in the lives of others through my distinct skills, knowledge, and expertise. I seek to further cultivate connections with like-minded individuals who share a profound passion for contributing positively to the world. I aspire to elevate and expand The Lady Well Consulting, LLC., thereby fostering a meaningful impact on the lives, families, and careers of countless individuals. Moreover, I harbor dreams of extending my services to an international clientele.


Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?


I draw inspiration from a myriad of individuals who impel me towards the pursuit of my utmost self. Foremost among them are God, my husband, my parents, and sister, who serve as significant catalysts, urging me to generously share my gifts and expertise with others. My husband consistently offers me unwavering encouragement, motivation, and steadfast partnership as we ardently pursue our shared life endeavors. Together, we are dedicated to establishing a solid foundation for the prosperity and well-being of our future family.


My parents, through their endless support, imparted a robust foundation that has propelled me toward excellence in life. Their ceaseless guidance and enduring stability have proven to be instrumental throughout my life's journey. Additionally, they played a pivotal role in me cultivating a profound relationship with Jesus Christ in the formative years of my childhood. Although my beloved father has transitioned to be with the Lord, his abiding legacy serves as a perpetual wellspring of inspiration, compelling me to tenaciously pursue my dreams and aspirations. His indomitable spirit encourages me to exhibit resilience in the face of adversities that arise on my journey.


My mother is a consistent source of inspiration, instilling in me the virtues of strength, femininity, and humility across all facets of my life – be it in my career, marriage, relationships, or personal endeavors. Her influence guides me to embody the qualities of an exemplary leader. Moreover, my sister serves as a heartfelt source of inspiration, propelling me to aspire to greater heights as a role model, with a commitment not only to her personal growth but also to serving as an exemplar for young women across the world.


What is your coaching philosophy or approach when working with clients to achieve their personal and professional goals?


Recognizing that life is dynamic, I adapt my philosophy to coaching to the evolving personal and professional goals of my clients. Whether they face new challenges or achieve milestones, my flexible approach ensures they consistently receive the necessary support for progress that extends beyond fitness and diet. I focus on the holistic well-being of my clients, incorporating mental, spiritual, and emotional health. By addressing the root causes of challenges, I help clients create sustainable lifestyle changes for lasting results.


What techniques or methodologies do you use to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes?


To assist busy clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving their desired outcomes, I utilize techniques such as goal setting, time management, prioritization, mindfulness practices, accountability, and promotion of self-care. I collaboratively establish clear, realistic, and achievable goals with my clients and break down larger objectives into smaller, actionable steps to foster a sense of progress and accomplishment. Time Management is extremely important as a busy woman or mother, so I teach effective time-management strategies to fit each client’s specific needs. I help them learn how to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and create schedules that optimize productivity while allowing for self-care and downtime.


Prioritization assists clients in identifying their priorities and aligning their actions with their values and encourages them to focus on high-impact tasks and let go of non-essential commitments that drain their time and energy. My clients are aware that self-care is crucial for a strong foundation for success and overall well-being. I continually encourage my clients to prioritize self-care activities that recharge their energy levels and promote overall good health, including adequate sleep, nutrition, exercise, and relaxation. I emphasize mindfulness practices to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and manage stress. I teach them how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines through practices such as meditation, deep breathing, and mindful eating.


Furthermore, I have a private community to increase accountability for my clients to stay on track and motivated. Regular check-ins, progress assessments, and accountability partners help provide the support and encouragement needed to overcome obstacles and stay committed to their goals. My community helps my clients reframe challenges as opportunities for growth, celebrate their successes, and cultivate a sense of optimism and self-efficacy.

How do you stay motivated and energized in your role as a coach, and how do you ensure that you continue to provide high-quality coaching?


As a women's wellness coach, I incorporate self-care into my daily routine to keep my health a top priority and to stay energized for my role as a coach. Just as I advise my clients to maintain a healthy work-life balance, get enough rest, exercise, and manage stress, I try to follow these guidelines as well. I continue to provide high-quality coaching by regularly educating myself on the latest research, trends, and developments in women's health and wellness.


I also attend workshops, conferences, and online courses to enhance my knowledge and skills. This ongoing education not only keeps me informed but also allows me to bring fresh insights and ideas to my clients. I also surround myself with a supportive community of fellow coaches, mentors, and industry professionals. Sharing experiences, challenges, and successes with others in my field provides me with motivation and fresh perspectives.

These are the three tips that readers can learn how to get more time for self-care in their daily routine:


  • Establish Boundaries: Set clear boundaries to protect your self-care time. Communicate these boundaries to family members, colleagues, or anyone else who may impact your schedule. Learning to say no when necessary and delegating tasks can help create the space you need for self-care without feeling overwhelmed by additional responsibilities.

  • Streamline Daily Tasks: Identify opportunities to streamline your daily tasks and optimize efficiency. Whether it's organizing your workspace, using time-saving apps, or creating a weekly meal plan, finding ways to be more efficient in your routine can free up valuable time. By minimizing time spent on non-essential tasks, you create room for self-care without sacrificing productivity.

  • Prioritize and Schedule Self-Care: Start by identifying your self-care priorities and schedule them into your daily routine. Treat these appointments with the same importance as work meetings or other commitments. Whether it's a morning meditation, an afternoon walk, or an evening skincare ritual, having dedicated time on your schedule ensures you prioritize self-care amidst your busy day. Remember, self-care is not a luxury but a necessity. By intentionally incorporating these tips into your daily routine, you can reclaim time for self-care and nurture your well-being amidst life's demands.
