Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
Hi, I’m Clare Roberts-Molloy, Potentiality Coach, mum of three, and all-around Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur. I live in Wolverhampton, UK and as well as running my Coaching Practice and Bid and Tender Writing company, I am a Magistrate, the founder of TEDxWolverhampton, PeriodsMatter, and Fawcett West Midlands. I truly believe that if you want to get involved in something and it doesn’t yet exist, go out there and create it!
I love walking, and the gym and am a bit of a spiritual junkie, meaning you’ll find me most mornings meditating and attempting a few yoga poses. I’m also a self-confessed bibliophile and read on average 6 books a month, but often more. I’m always looking for inspiring book recommendations, so if you’ve read something you’ve enjoyed and left a lasting impact on, please let me know!
What is your business name and how do you help your clients?
I’m The Potentiality Coach and work predominantly with women over the age of 40 to unleash their personal and professional potential, realise it’s never too late to achieve their goals and dreams, and start living a life they love!
I work with clients on a 1:1 basis as well as via Group Coaching Programmes and am developing a range of online courses and programmes to provide as many routes as possible for individuals to work with me.
What are your current goals for your business?
I’ve recently launched a new blog called ‘It’s Never Too Late to…’ charting my experiences, as a woman over 40, of achieving long-held goals, ticking items off my bucket list, and hopefully inspiring others to do the same.
My next goal for my business is to launch the Never Too Late Podcast Series alongside my blog, where I’ll be interviewing some wonderful women who have achieved great things past the age of 40, 50, 60 and showing the audience that age should never be a barrier.
The ultimate goal is to curate all the content I capture via the blog and podcast into a book that will act as inspiration for all those who are letting limiting beliefs around age or fear hold them back from achieving their dreams.
Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.
Turning 40 was a pivotal moment for me. It sounds cliché, but for me, I feel my life really did begin when I reached this milestone birthday. Rather than dread the big 4 0 like so many women I know (and society tells us we should), I embraced it fully! My children were older and more independent, and I had spent years building a career and establishing myself in my field. Now was my time to pursue the goals and dreams I had previously put on hold while raising my family and building my career!
Since turning 40 I have got married for the first time, founded a charity, launched two not-for-profits, launched my coaching practice, completed a marathon, and started my MBA, plus ticked many, many more things off my bucket list! For the first time in my life, I feel the work I’m doing and the life I’m living are truly aligned and I want to inspire and support other women to achieve the same.
I truly believe it’s never too late to achieve your goals and dreams.
