In the realm of men's health, Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Performance Anxiety are issues that affect millions, yet they are often difficult to talk about. These challenges can deeply impact relationships, confidence, and mental well-being, but they don’t have to define your life. At My Fit Mind, I specialise in helping men overcome ED in just 21 days. Imagine if you could get back to having a great sex life, free of anxiety and no need to take those little blue pills.

What is erectile dysfunction?

Erectile Dysfunction is commonly defined as the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. While it is often perceived as a purely physical issue, for many men, it’s rooted in emotional, psychological, and even subconscious factors. Stress, anxiety, negative past experiences, and performance pressure all play a role in contributing to this issue. Traditional treatments–like medications–often focus only on the physical symptoms, offering a temporary fix. However, these approaches often miss the underlying emotional and psychological causes that create the problem in the first place. What’s more, these treatments are not without their side effects.

How performance anxiety can trigger ED

Performance anxiety is a significant and often overlooked contributor to ED. Even men with a strong libido and no prior history of performance issues can fall into the trap of anxiety. All it takes is one instance where things don’t go as planned–a single failure to perform–and suddenly, the mind spirals into a cycle of fear and worry.

That initial failure plants a seed, and as it grows, it becomes more deeply rooted in your subconscious. Soon, every time you’re faced with a sexual situation, the fear of failure takes over. You start to dread intimacy, worried that it will happen again, which only feeds the anxiety. In many cases, this leads to avoidance of sexual situations altogether, as the mind creates a self-fulfilling prophecy where anxiety makes failure more likely.

It’s easy to see how performance anxiety can become an all-consuming issue, even for those who had no previous struggles. But here’s the good news: I help people let go of that fear, release the pressure they’ve placed on themselves, and create a new, positive expectation that everything will flow naturally again. Just picture yourself now, looking forward to sex, expecting everything to work as it should and letting nature do what it knows how to do.

Is your ED physical or emotional?

When determining whether your Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is caused by medical or psychological factors, there are a few key indicators to consider. If you can achieve erections in certain situations–like during sleep, when waking, or through masturbation–but struggle during sexual encounters, your ED may likely have psychological roots. This points to Performance Anxiety, stress, or emotional blocks as the underlying cause. On the other hand, if you’re unable to achieve or maintain an erection in any scenario, it may be due to physical health issues like cardiovascular problems, hormonal imbalances, or medication side effects. Consulting a healthcare professional can help rule out medical causes, but if the issue is emotional the solution could be easier than you think.

Many men who struggle with ED or performance anxiety are unaware that their challenges are often linked to subconscious patterns formed from past experiences, societal pressures, or deeply rooted beliefs. I enable you to identify these patterns, transform them, and replace them with healthier, more empowering beliefs. This allows clients to regain control of their lives and relationships without the fear or anxiety that has been holding them back.

Do you find it difficult to ask for help?

Many men find it difficult to open up about such personal issues, which is why it’s so important to work with someone who understands what you are going through. Being one of the few male therapists, I offer a safe, understanding environment where men can discuss their concerns openly. As a man, I relate to what you’re going through and provide a solution that is not only effective but also comfortable and personalised.

Whether performance anxiety is a new issue for you or something you’ve struggled with for years, it can feel overwhelming and even hopeless at times. But I want to reassure you: You are not alone, and there is a way out.

What is this rapid, drug-free process?

I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT Therapy) for ED and Performance Anxiety combined with other psychotherapy techniques that I know get great results in overcoming ED and Performance Anxiety. I am one of the most experienced RTT Therapists in the world, having worked for Marisa Peer as her “in house Therapist’ serving her personal clients. I have been using RTT successfully to treat ED and wider anxieties for over 5 years.

RTT is a cutting-edge therapeutic approach that blends the best aspects of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). My RTT for Erectile Dysfunction is particularly powerful because it goes beyond the surface, reaching deep into the subconscious where real, long-lasting change happens.

How does this work?

Hypnosis, a powerful tool for transformation, allows us to uncover the underlying causes of this anxiety. By creating a relaxed and focused state, I work with you to identify the root beliefs and experiences that have shaped these negative emotions. I reframe these limiting thoughts and beliefs through guided imagery and suggestion, replacing them with empowering and positive thoughts. This process enables us to reprogram your mind, allowing you to overcome fear, build confidence, and embrace the future with renewed optimism.

Can this work at any age?

I’ve worked with men of all ages who have experienced performance anxiety and the resulting ED, and I’ve seen remarkable transformations. I have helped people in their 70’s and people who have not been able to have sex for over ten years.

I guide my clients through the process of breaking free from the vicious cycle of fear, worry, and dread. I help you release that anxiety and create a new expectation–one where sexual encounters flow naturally and confidently, without the shadow of fear hanging over you.
