How To Manifest Your Dreams Without Hard Work

Do you ever feel like you have so many dreams and goals, and you have tried different techniques to manifest them all, yet you seem to feel stuck in the same position in life with little or no results?

You are not alone in experiencing this, and feelings of wanting to give up or getting frustrated are completely normal. However, they probably do not help you find solutions and inspiration. I can imagine that it feels like a vicious cycle of wanting things to change, getting excited about it, not seeing the change, and then getting frustrated or disappointed.

 

I have been there myself, and so have my clients. The good news is that there is a way out, and it is not one of those ways that require hard work for 15 years before you can reap the benefits of your work. I am a firm believer that energy, mindset and aligned action put together as a wonderful recipe is what will pull your dreams closer to you in a fast and effective way.

 

In this article, you will find 4 powerful steps to take you from where you are now to where you dream of being in a fun, playful and easy way. As if by magic!


1. Get clear on what you actually want

The first step of manifestation is to get clear and detailed on what exactly it is that you want. It is easy to say or think that you dream of living abroad, and having more freedom and success, but what does that mean in reality?

 

The subconscious mind does not appeal to broad pictures as much as it does to clear information and details that you can see. If we take the dream life stated above as an example, it would be much more realistic to your mind if it would be thought of in detail, such as:

 

‘I dream of living in Italy by the ocean, in a big white house with 3 bedrooms and a pool, in a small town with cute little restaurants and cafes. I dream of running a successful business as an interior designer, having created double the amount of yearly income than I have today while only having to work 4 days a week.’

 

When you start creating this type of detailed dream your mind now starts seeing and understanding what you mean by success, freedom, and living abroad.


This is the very first step of manifesting your dreams effectively and with precision. The more detail you put into it, the more feeling you put into it, and the more visual you can be about your dreams: the better!

 

The more you define what your dreams are to you, the easier it is for you to tap into the feeling of what that dream life would feel like to you. And feelings are a major part of manifestation, which we go into more detail about in the later parts of this article.

 

The practice you can start with now to create more clarity

Get clear on what you want through journaling on these different ideas and topics:

 

Home/Environment, Finances, Friendships/community, Love relationship, Family, Business / Work / Career, Health & spirituality, Skills/purpose, Hobbies / Passion, Adventures / Travel.

 

Now create a Vision Board out of these areas in a creative way, using images, words, and statements that align with you.

 

2. Becoming the dream version of you

The second part of manifestation is all about the inner work around your identity and who you are, which is where you will find the magic key in manifesting. This is what you could call "the hard work" because in my own experience throughout my own life and the life of my clients is that when the inner work has been done, it does not require a lot of practical action or draining time to make things happen fast.

 

Many people call this a quantum leap, I call it "the thing that happens when people ask you how you managed to come so far in no time".

 

So here is the key: the thing that is holding you away from your dreams is yourself. If you think about it, there are slight or big differences between the version of you today vs. the version of you in the future who has already created the success, the freedom, and the home that you are currently longing for.

 

So instead of waiting for the future to happen, you can pull the future closer to you right now by becoming the future version of you today.

 

The practice you can start with to become the dream version of you

So this is where things get magical. Begin with sitting down in meditation, visualizing your dream reality, asking yourself this question:

 

What is different about me in that dream reality compared to now?


This is where you can start looking at habits, do you wake up earlier in the morning? Do you complain less about negative things and are seeing more of the good things around you? Do you listen to interesting podcasts about the subjects you are passionate about?

 

Are you speaking more calmly, more confidently about yourself? Have you stopped comparing yourself negatively to others? Are you putting yourself in new, interesting social settings where you are surrounded by inspiring people?

 

Have you switched binge-watching series with long beach walks and are you meditating more often because you have the time freedom to do so?

 

Instead of comparing yourself negatively with other successful people and feeling jealous, are you getting inspired by others and seeing the opportunities for yourself?

 

You can go into so many details around this that only you know about yourself. The more detailed you can get with your habits, your thoughts, and your feelings, the easier it will be to recognize what patterns are ready to be healed and transformed for the better.

 

As you become this new version of yourself daily, implementing new habits, thoughts, and feelings, you naturally attract and become an energetic match to the reality you dream of!

 

This leads us to the next step!

 

3. Clear limiting beliefs and heal past emotions

This is where healing and personal growth come into play. Many people who start healing themselves also seem to massively change their lives, sometimes without even realizing it. I am one of them, which led me to my lifelong passion for understanding how important our identity is when we manifest our lives.

 

I decided one day to start healing myself and my self-sabotage patterns that I was tired of experiencing every day. And with every part of me that I healed and transformed: I started seeing how things in my life changed, new inspiring connections and relationships showed up together with new exciting opportunities, without me having to work hard for it all.

 

And this healing formula can work for anyone willing and ready to transform their life, including you!

 

The practice you can use to heal your limiting beliefs

Begin with writing down all your limiting beliefs on a list, such as “What if I fail and people judge me” or “Am I really good enough to have those dreams come true” or “It is hard and impossible for me to achieve that type of success”.

 

Once you have written each limiting belief down on a piece of paper, you can now begin the process of sitting in meditation and asking yourself “Where does this belief come from and why did I adopt it?”

 

As you bring up the negative belief, you will be able to access the emotion that your body has stored with it.

 

Once you have accessed the memory or the origin of the belief together with the emotion, you can now start conversing with the younger version of you that needs your healing words, love, and guidance.

 

This is similar to healing the inner child, where you as the Higher self version of you, the version of you with wisdom and guidance, can go back into the root memory in the past and change the belief adapted by helping your younger self to see the lesson she/he is learning, what you want your younger self to believe instead and how you desire your younger self moving forward with life.

 

Do this for every area you feel necessary: beliefs about success, beliefs about self-esteem and confidence, relationships, wealth and abundance, and so on.

 

As you start working with this process you start clearing out old emotions, and old beliefs and create a new way of being! A great way to start living by your new beliefs is to start writing all new beliefs down on a piece of paper and read them to yourself every day!

 

By seeing these beliefs daily, your mind starts to look for proof that this is true rather than repeating old outdated beliefs that have kept you stuck for way too long!

 

This takes us to the last step!

 

4. Creating daily change through consistency

So now you have moved through the clarity of what your dreams truly look like, who you get to be to call your dreams in, and how to start healing your inner world.

 

The last step is to now help you create powerful and fast change through consistency. This is where you make it practical and start taking action on your goals!


Rather than trying to work hard and drain yourself, this part is more about taking the aligned action through smart and wise decisions, sometimes you might realize that you are only one action away from an opportunity to present itself to you!

 

The practices to start taking action and create consistency

Write down 3-5 tangible goals that you can see yourself achieving within the coming two months, 3-5 tangible goals that you can see yourself achieving within the coming six months, and finish with 3-5 goals that you can see yourself achieving within the coming two years.

 

Begin with starting this week with your first goal to get one step closer to your dreams as you show up for yourself and your new commitments. What you can do next is to begin your morning with the routine of sitting down in meditation and imagining yourself celebrating the milestones you want to achieve, focusing on the sensation of gratitude.

 

The energy of gratitude and celebration teaches your nervous system to feel like that is a normal emotion to be in, and it is an energy of love that naturally attracts more love your way.

 

To make sure you do not fall back into old patterns or procrastinate, you can also do this playful practice daily to help you stay in a good state of mind, energy, and action:

 

Put up post-it notes around your home or create digital reminders on your phone with little questions such as:

 

“How would you feel today if you were already living in your dream home?”. “How would your thoughts go if you were already the successful leader of your business?”. “What would you do today if you were already living in more freedom?”.

 

Every time your reminder goes off or you see the post-it note, take a minute or two to close your eyes, take a deep breath in and tap into the question and the feeling.

 

This will help you to constantly put yourself in this new reality, to act in the way you desire to, and to feel like your dreams are already here. I can not put emphasis enough on how incredibly powerful this is.

 

Try it and watch what happens. You might just be surprised how life can work out for you in your favor! With the right mindset, I truly believe that you can have everything you wish for in this beautiful life.
