Are you tired of your current job and dreaming of something better? Do you want to know how to manifest your dream job? Well, you're in luck because I recently did it and am living my absolute dream. After returning to work after twins, I decided it was time to do something I really loved. I knew what I was passionate about and had a pretty clear idea of what my perfect role would look like. I visualised it all the time, every time I was scrolling through job boards, every time I applied, and when I got a call from my now partner – I just knew this was the role for me. It was exactly what I had outlined in my mind.

So, how does it work?

Firstly, you need to think about what works for you.

When you think about your dream job, think about what it looks like. Do you want to work in an office or from home? Do you want to work with others or alone? Consider what you need to make it work for you. Do you need flexible working hours, or do you want to work only four days a week? Take some time to sit down and really think about what your dream job looks like.

Secondly, you need to write it down.

Once you've figured out what your dream job looks like, write it down. This could be a list of key points that you want your job to have. For example, you might want to work in learning and development, helping others, attending meetings, leadership development, and coaching. You might also want to be within driving distance, have flexible days and hours, and not be expected to work on your off days. Finally, you might want a position where you have unlimited earning potential.

When I was searching for my dream job, I wrote down all the things that were important to me – OK it may be my list above… Every time I applied for a position, I visualized what I wanted and focused on these key points. This helped me to stay focused on what I really wanted.

Thirdly, you need to picture yourself working there.

Once you have a clear idea of what your dream job looks like, start to picture yourself working in that job. Imagine yourself doing the tasks and responsibilities that come with it. Think about how you would feel and the sense of fulfillment you would get from doing that work. Picture yourself working with your colleagues or clients and enjoying the work environment. Think about what you want to earn and visualise receiving those payments into your account or that figure on your contract.

It's important to have a clear vision of what you want to manifest. By picturing yourself in your dream job, you're setting the intention and creating a roadmap to get there.

Lastly, you need to take action.

Now that you have a clear idea of what your dream job looks like, it's time to take action towards making it a reality. Start by updating your resume or creating a portfolio showcasing your skills and experience. Research companies or organisations that align with your vision and values, and start applying for job positions that match your criteria.

Networking is also important when it comes to finding your dream job. Attend job fairs or events where you can meet potential employers. Use social media platforms like LinkedIn to connect with recruiters and industry professionals.

Remember, manifesting your dream job may take time, effort, and patience, but it's important to stay positive and believe in yourself. Trust that the universe will bring you the job that aligns with your vision and values. Visualize yourself working in your dream job, take action, and watch as the pieces fall into place.

In conclusion, manifesting your dream job is possible. By thinking about what works for you, writing it down, picturing yourself working there, and taking action, you can make your dream job a reality. Stay focused on your vision, be patient, and trust in the process. Good luck on your journey!
