Have you ever experienced the feeling of your mind jumping around because there are so many things fighting for your attention?
Then you find yourself switching back and forth between activities.
Yet you feel like you’re starting everything, and finishing nothing but adding more stress to your life.
Unfortunately, this is how essential elements of your life become secondary instead of primary.
However, the important thing to remember is that boundaries repel chaos.
You must first start by creating boundaries around your energy. This means that you carve out time specifically for yourself where you do things that increase your energy.
Next, you must set boundaries around your answer “yes”. Everything does not need your attention.
Lastly, you must get comfortable with the discomfort of putting yourself first. Not only is this a necessity, but this also allows you to create and maintain space to continuously focus on things that matter to your progression.
These things will allow you to train yourself to live without chaos as your norm, which will then allow you to remove it more quickly when it does arise.
