Three years into the pandemic and what is different? We now welcome a completely new life. So many changes, some positive and some negative. We already learnt to live in separation, fear, loneliness, isolation, with a lot of boundaries, less freedom and in some ways more freedom.

People and companies are already incorporating a new way of work and doing business, working from home or at least hybrid. This brings more freedom but not for everyone. Not everyone has space, opportunities to have their own working station, private little room, or office space.

We became more distant and socially less active, on the other side we started to live completely online. “No hugs” became already a habit, no social gatherings as well.

Masks have become our new must have, a nice way to hide for some, and when we will not wear them, some people will have to show their face again.

We enter into the new virtual reality, matrix scenes becoming real with Meta, and a lot more changes happening.

This change of environment, habits and way of life requires us to raise our consciousness and vibration now more than ever.

How to protect ourselves, how to rise above and be “normal” or just be crazy.

When companies go into a transition or a major change they hire a change manager to help them and the employees adjust to the change.

This world change got everyone by “surprise” but change makers or people who help someone to transition are now needed more than ever.

How about us, do we need help to transition?

What do you do differently so you can rise above this new life, cope with it better and come out as a winner?

What you need now more than ever is community and care.

Do you have a community ( friends, family) that supports you? If not, create one. Your community should lift you up, not drag you down. Find the people that help you shine your light.

Select the content you consume daily

Do you read, watch inspirational movies, podcasts, ted talks documentaries?

Read, Learn, challenge yourself and raise dopamine levels

Do you learn and upgrade your knowledge?

What is the last book you read? Last course you took?

Meditate, Pause, Calm your mind

Do you meditate, take a break, calm down and release all that stress and lift your vibration.

Set Goals, Dream, Visualize

Do you wish, dream and set goals? Do you write them down? There is nothing more powerful than visualizing you achieving your goals and feeling happiness as it already happened. The action plan and take actions, one action at a time that will bring you closer to your dream or goal.

Me time and quality time with significant people

Do you create and enjoy “me times”, “family times” “pet times “ but really quality times only for them, away from everyday life, away from phones, social media

Take care of your body, mind and soul

Do you take care of your body and your mind and soul?

Do you go to massages, reiki, pranic healing, crystal healing, acupuncture, or any other energy healing sessions? What about dancing, walking, running, Yoga or similar?

Find a way to work on your body, mind and soul or hire a healer, a coach to help you go through these times of change. We need each other, now more than ever.
