As we move into the July, the seven months of the year, what have you learned in this life-altering time on the planet? What have we learned as the result of the pandemic?
The number seven in numerology invites us to look within, quiet our minds, meditate and reflect on the matters of the heart.
Take this time to connect with your higher self, higher-power, spirits, and loved ones and ask the questions that your soul may be searching for answers to.
In numerology, when you add the month and current year together, you get the Theme Energy for the month (7+2+0+2+1 = 12/3), which is 3, and the number 3 means communication, creativity, listen; learn, teach, speak, expression, and teacher and is also associated with the Throat and Solar Plexus Chakras.
When referring to numerology, every letter is associated with a number from 1 to 9. The letters from July add up to a 5, which means change, freedom, fun, adventure, courage, and unpredictability.
With the help of the Cosmic Energy – there are four planets in Retrograde (Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, and Neptune) – sitting and reflecting maybe the easiest concept to endure when we think of changing the planet Pluto, which is associated with regeneration, rebirth, and transformation and Saturn, which is associated with discipline, structure, maturity, and responsibility. These two planets are working with us to declutter and reorganize our lives.
Then we have Jupiter, which is associated with expansion, abundance, and gifts, and Neptune, which is associated with inspiration, dreams, illusion, and fantasy. These two planets are working with us to evolve to a higher version of ourselves.
Each planet is in Retrograde in a specific Zodiac Sign:
Pluto is Retrograde in Capricorn represents a time when things that have been pushed down for so long start to come to the surface and eventually erupt and transforms.
Saturn is Retrograde in Aquarius represents the humanitarian sign of change and the greater good.
Jupiter is Retrograde in Pisces represents faith and optimism, and opportunity.
Neptune is Retrograde in Pisces represents the fog has been lifted, and you have the ability to see past the illusions that have held you back.
During the month of July, your throat and/or solar plexus may become sensitive and physical symptoms may arise:
Throat Chakra. When your throat chakra is blocked or misaligned, you may have issues with creativity and communication and physical symptoms like thyroid imbalance, sore throat, and hearing difficulties. To help balance your throat chakra, drink plenty of water. Essential oils can be helpful (lemon, peppermint, spearmint). Crystals are also great in helping to clear energy (turquoise, blue lace agate, aquamarine).
Solar Plexus. When your solar plexus is blocked or misaligned, you may experience insecurity, lack of confidence, not feeling worthy, limitations, lack of abundance, a lack of trust, loss of faith, and physical symptoms such as digestion issues, bloating, constipation, diarrhea. To help balance your solar plexus chakra, spend time in nature, participate in yoga, meditation, dance, and weight train. Apply essential oils on your belly such as digestion, motivate and/or ylang-ylang. You can also place crystals on your belly to help clear the energy (citrine, tiger eye, and pyrite).
For me, personally and for clients, I recommend using essential oils that are high quality and can be applied aromatic, topically, ingesting, or internal. My go-to brand is Doterra.
When you bring all this together in the month of July, you have the power to tap into the magic and mystical energy and uncover answers, clear energy, and raise your vibration to see yourself as the best version of yourself.
