Tell us about a pivotal moment that brought you to where you are today.

The pivotal moment for me was moving to the UK. It was a challenging transition, but it gave me the opportunity to bring my vision of a fitness space that connected people to nature and a simpler, yet effective, way of training. I wanted to create something different from the typical gym experience—a place where people could feel a sense of community and empowerment while improving their health.

What services does Rustiq Fitness offer and why is it different?

At Rustiq Fitness, we offer group fitness classes focused on functional fitness and strength training, one-on-one personal training sessions, and our 90-Day Harvest Wellbeing Programme, which combines physical training with lifestyle and mindset coaching. Our Kids Academy is a key initiative, focusing on long-term athletic development for teenagers. We also provide stress management and wellbeing coaching to help individuals build resilience and adopt healthier lifestyles.

Our connection to nature is a big differentiator. Training on the farm isn’t just about the exercises—it’s about the environment and the energy it brings. We also focus heavily on education and long-term development, particularly through initiatives like the Kids Academy and our wellbeing programs. Also, the sense of community we foster ensures that every individual feels supported and valued throughout their journey.

What’s one misconception about the fitness industry you’d like to change?

Although is changing, that fitness is only about aesthetics. At Rustiq Fitness, we focus on strength, health, and longevity. It’s not about quick fixes or crash diets but about building habits that improve every aspect of life. I want people to understand that fitness is a journey, not a destination.

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?

It’s not always easy, but I’ve learned to prioritize time with family and to be present in the

moment. I also use fitness as a form of self-care—it’s my therapy. Having a structured schedule and setting boundaries has helped me stay focused and avoid burnout.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In 10 years, I see Rustiq Fitness growing into a recognized hub for functional fitness, athletic development, and wellbeing. I’d also love to expand our reach, offering more programs and facilities while staying true to our core values.

On a personal level, I see myself becoming an important figure in the Health and Fitness Industry. I really believe that I can help people from all walks of life and I want to impact people’s lifestyles to make them as healthy as possible. I hope to continue coaching and inspiring people while finding new ways to give back to the community.

For readers inspired by this conversation, what first steps would you recommend?

Start small and be consistent. Whether it’s committing to a 10-minute walk daily or joining a group class, the key is to take that first step and build from there. Surround yourself with people who support your goals, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. At Rustiq Fitness, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
