What is my Motto?
My motto is "never stop creating, never stop dreaming, and stay determined. Permanently activate your gifts and talents.
Tell us a bit about your story up until this point.
I have always been a great communicator and listener since my teenage years. I knew I had a passionate and caring heart about others, wanting people to succeed and be helpful to them. I started out building my career in 2017 by starting a Facebook group. The group initially consisted of women dedicated to sharing inspirational thoughts and motivational topics. I needed to continue to pour into the community because I was also going through life changes. This community helped me to think, analyze, and build my coaching practice. Along the way, I transformed into healing and started my coaching business in 2021. I started in 2019 by creating the studies and building curriculums through experience.
A pivotal moment in life that pulled me to where I am today was "healing." I say healing because it is the scariest life change you must overcome. Healing is a part of growth; you must go through a healing process before you can help others. I went through healing emotionally and physically in relationships and sickness. I overcame hardships in life dealing with compromising who I was. I realized it is not worth your soul or time. I believe no one should diminish their character or integrity for anyone. People should love who they are, not what others want them to be. I end with this "Love Yourself" first and foremost.
Who inspires me to be the best I can be?
As a woman of faith, I "God" first because he created me to be more in this world and to leave a significant impact despite my setbacks. Love unconditionally without limits, allow yourself to make mistakes, and learn from them. Secondly, my parents inspire me to continue to be great, loving others and treating everyone with respect and dignity. They always tell me to follow my dreams, and although I may face adversity, I keep going. I am grateful that both of my parents instilled that in me deeply.
My work inspires purpose and destiny.
My work alone is not for me to glory in but to see others live healthy and succeed. My work is a process, and building relationships is a process at hand. Relationships come with building trust, learning, character, and patience with others through their hurts. It is essential to understand one another and help others in the areas they need the most.
A core value that I am most passionate about is "purpose." Purpose is an unveiling product of who we are and who we are here to help. Everyone has a purpose inside them and must dig deep to find it. I will say this: you are standing still at a stop sign without purpose-seeking.
My essential advice for success is to stay consistent, be patient, and don't quit.
My next project and goal will be to educate as many clients as possible. I will continue to create more space for public speaking. My next project will partner with organizations to give back to the communities.
Business
My primary business name is WCD Coaching Inc. WCD stands for "Women Committed 2 Dreams". I also have an apparel line named Fearless Dreams LLC and NKB Cosmetics.
My audience targets ages 25 and above.
My experiences inspired me to create my own company, and the name deviated from who I was growing into.
My services offer Life-Purpose Coaching, Health Coaching, and Business coaching. The duration is six months to twelve months, depending on your progress.
These services address clients' needs to find their purpose, which helps them activate, commit, and manifest their purpose and dreams.
The criteria for a client to work with me is to schedule an initial consultation to find out if they are an excellent fit for the needed program. The client must be fully invested full-time and committed solely to the process. The client must have a made-up mind to move forward in solving their issues.
A common challenge my clients face is time and finances. We know everything we get involved in must be an investment, and we must make the time to commit to it.
I help clients overcome this common challenge by encouraging them to set aside their means and invest in their future instead of what doesn't matter. I encourage them to make time for their process and future because the next hour or day is not waiting for anyone.
What differentiates me from any other coaching business is my mission alone. My name behind the company speaks for itself. My mission is about commitment and purpose. It is not just a goal; it is your lifelong future. I follow my client's success stories and journeys even after the process. I believe in building with clients until after the end process.
Some achievements are features on podcasts other than my own. WCD Coaching Inc. has featured in Disrupt Magazine and Celebrity Online Magazine. I have hosted two virtual live panels with doctors, therapists, and certified coaches.
Industry
One misconception about my business is that some people think my business is just goal-setting development gear. Goal setting is good, but my coaching business requires setting goals before moving to the next stage in life. My coaching business goes beyond limits, so I make sure on every call, we inform and show details of why WCD Coaching is not a goal setter; it is a purpose booster to kick you into building your purpose, dream, and or entrepreneurship status.
If you want to work with me at WCD Coaching Inc., I recommend brainstorming and thinking about the areas in which you need help. What are you lacking, why are you at a standstill, and can you activate these talents with a ready mindset? Be prepared to work, conquer, and manifest what you came for.
