Our lives unfold moved by our deepest intentions and supported by the authentic experiences that enrich us.

Woman throwing flowers.

My journey started inspired by the love for languages, the passion for spa, beauty and make-up and the dream of traveling. I had the opportunity to enjoy great trainings and work on wonderful projects. They helped in making me confident and through them I got in touch with my talents.

The moment I found my area of interest studying became a pleasure and source of daily motivation whereas before I struggled a lot to conform to standard teaching methods.

Naturopathy, the most diverse holistic practices, life coaching on one side and developing spa and human resources management skills on the other hand: two sides of the coin that helped me to unlock my true potential and gave me a rich background of knowledge that pops up unexpectedly with new connections and ideas. And of course, spirituality as my priority and a special attention to social intelligence which I have always developed throughout my life and thanks to which I met the extraordinary healers and professionals I work with.

We follow what we like and nurture us, we work to get what we need in order to achieve our goals and life offers us opportunities and challenges to blossom and grow: this way we collect all the pieces we need to create our personal puzzle, the flow happens when all the pieces are falling in the right position, and we can see the whole picture.

I now live more in the flow, connecting the inside and outside and seeing things in perspective. Living like this has healed my life and helped me unlock my professional potential.

Envisioning what we want to develop with no limitations, moving the first steps in that direction following a plan but keeping it flexible in order not to turn off the imagination, enjoying every moment on the journey and meeting new people who inspire our mind and fill our soul.

The flow is a positive force that gift us with renewed energy and clear the mind.

Living in the flow means being able to recognize the right opportunities that life brings to us while experiences come together.

Living in the flow sharpen our senses and awake our social intelligence, we connect with people in an authentic and deep way and thus we can truly understand what they need.

When we are in the flow, we are in peace and things unfold spontaneously: the right people, the right project, the right place…everything is falling into place, by magic. Or perhaps we could start saying by flow. And that is an attitude we can nurture in many ways.

It is a special alignment that gives us a new perspective: we do not worry about obstacles and difficulties, as we know that our vision, somehow and somewhen, will take place.

It happens when we trust ourselves, others and life.

It happens when logic and hearth come together naturally and easily.

It happens when we understand that ultimately the pieces of the puzzle are created just for us to see final picture.
