What made you decide to become a life and business mentor?
My journey into mentoring happened organically, stemming from my natural gifts and an intuition that spaces I curate allow individuals to feel safe to be seen. Supporting the whole person has always been my focus. Throughout my career, I've realized that external success mirrors the inner self. Businesses, like relationships and environments, are extensions of the individual. Most business owners have a unique drive and vision that few understand. My mentoring approach prioritizes the person over the business because when you have a mentor who sees beyond numbers and strategies, everything changes. While I do help founders achieve record-breaking financial success, my true passion lies in helping leaders embrace their wholeness and gifts, fostering a wealthy life that transcends income and enriches families and communities for generations. My aim is to guide women to receive without self-abandonment, to find joy in being, to experience deeper intimacy, and to structure a business that supports their lives.
What have you learned about what drives people after mastering relationship-building and working with individuals from all walks of life for 20 years?
Everyone desires love, being heard, and truly seen, often believing these feelings will come from external validation. Yet, many fear being fully seen due to generational traumas, conditioning, and ingrained beliefs. A common realization is self-abandonment—seeking acceptance and love externally when this is a gift we must give ourselves. With self-forgiveness, acceptance, love, and commitment, my reality began to rapidly transform. I witness this metamorphosis with my clients as they reclaim their inherent worth. This realization unlocks profound transformations in their businesses, relationships, and lives, driven by self-love and acceptance rather than external accolades.
How has your love for nature, music, and life experiences shaped your coaching style?
My life experiences and self-healing journeys have taught me invaluable lessons beyond formal education. Every experience serves as a teacher, transforming pain into gifts and purpose and offering insights to understand my clients deeply. Traveling alone, especially in places like Bali, fostered my appreciation for life’s simplicity and diverse cultures, transitioning from anxiety to creating safety within. Nature serves as a teacher, offering grounding and connection, promoting daily "vision walks" to start the day with gratitude and peace.
How do you manage to grow personally while running a successful business?
My business reflects who I am. I maintain non-negotiable rituals and practices like exercise, fresh air, and gratitude, even romanticizing simple activities. I also don’t bypass seasons of heaviness, grief, or immense reflection. In my opinion, it’s our responsibility to look within when things arise, not blame someone/something outside of ourselves but with compassion and curiosity look for a greater understanding within. I prepare intentionally for client interactions, using practices like breathwork to ensure presence. Clients inspire personal growth by revealing where I can deepen my knowledge and serve on a soul level. Embracing unknowns in personal life with patience allows reflection and truth. Sharing my journey with clients fosters a transparent, empowering community where they find the freedom to be human and trust in our shared journey.
What are the key principles you follow when working with your clients?
I aim to empower my clients, not take their power away. My role is to guide them in harnessing their unique talents to realize their vision. If I sense misalignment, I won't engage. I'm committed to removing limits on what clients can achieve, contingent on their openness and willingness to co-create. This isn't just another mentorship; it's an energetic agreement for transformation. Clients ready to embrace self-responsibility discover limitless potential, while those seeking external validation find limits to their growth.
Was there a moment in your life that changed how you approach your work?
My journey has been a profound teacher, with a pivotal moment occurring a few years back. I was deep in a space of healing and I could clearly see the root wounds of my life and everyone around me, how it was manifesting in our realities and a path to clarity. This clarity enhanced my spiritual gifts, enabling me to tie numerous modalities for client transformation holistically. This experience shifted my approach, reinforcing the importance of addressing relationships with myself, others, and business collectively.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to follow their dreams?
Don't wait to hire a mentor—I wish I had sooner. A mentor can accelerate your journey significantly. Believe in the impossible and dream bigger than logic permits. Often, others won't understand, but that's okay. Embrace the moments when you can't see the next step, as that's when breakthroughs occur. Visionaries evolve continuously, and it's essential to pivot when necessary. Build a business with a strong, aligned foundation to avoid future regrets and inevitable rebuilds.
What are your current goals for your business?
I'm eager to host more retreats and eventually own a retreat space. Writing a book within the next couple of years is another goal. I aim to create a certification to amplify the impact of my methodology, serving at least 100 women directly in 2025 and expanding my reach through platforms and an upcoming podcast.
Has there been a moment where you shifted the trajectory of your business?
The most significant moment occurred last June. I was in a mentorship that felt misaligned for me. While the mentors were exceptional in their field, I realized the environment wasn’t right for my growth, so I chose to leave. Simultaneously, I energetically and physically closed the doors to my business, clearing out all the unnecessary distractions. I restructured my systems and established new standards for whom I would, and would not, work with. It was a month where I came home to myself in a new dimension. This was a month of starting from ground zero, where I regained clarity on my mission and simplified many behind-the-scenes processes. I applied the very methodology I teach my clients: I went on a vision quest and reverse-engineered everything back to a new foundation. From that pivot, my business has scaled faster than ever. This experience has beautifully illustrated my methodology—how essential it is to pivot when necessary and release what’s not aligned.
What does being a leader mean to you?
Being a leader means leading myself with integrity, even behind the scenes. It involves being authentic and not pretending that everything is always sunshine and rainbows, even when life feels heavy. A true leader leads by example and empowers others rather than diminishing their power. It’s about helping individuals step into their own strength, enabling them to lead their lives and businesses from a place of authenticity. Essentially, being a leader means wanting those you guide to achieve their full potential. I have worked with professionals from many different fields, ranging from realtors, coaches, and salon owners to health care, product goods, and construction. Transparency with expectations from the client and the transparency they get in return, along with creating a sacred space with a layer of confidentiality that invites the openness to share their deepest needs and desires.
If there is one thing you want for the clients who enter your space to leave with, what is that?
I want them to leave transformed, perhaps even in tears, with the profound awareness that their entire world has shifted during our time together. They should feel as though they received more than they ever imagined possible.
