Brainz Magazine Exclusive Interview
MINDBREAK is your mental reset button—an unconventional journey breaking through life’s noise, fog, and cycles. We take the road less traveled, peeling back layers, breaking through limitations, exploring the subconscious, and learning deep relaxation to help you release, rebalance, and reconnect with your most authentic self.
It’s not about fixing; it’s about freeing your mind and forging new paths where stress and expectations take a backseat. MINDBREAK is the relaxation your mind has been craving.

What inspired you to create MINDBREAK, and how does it help individuals take control of their mental well-being?
MINDBREAK was born out of my own struggle with the overwhelming pressures of modern life—the constant noise, burnout, and the feeling of never being enough. In that chaos, I craved a way to reconnect with my true self—not by escaping from life, but by finding a way to be fully present within it. I wanted to be present with myself, feel myself, feel grateful, and feel fulfilled while experiencing life and its challenges and opportunities.
That’s precisely what MINDBREAK aims to offer. It’s not about disconnecting or avoiding the demands of daily life; it’s about learning how to reconnect with yourself amidst it all. MINDBREAK helps individuals integrate practices like hypnosis, relaxation, and introspection into their everyday routines—tools that allow them to stay grounded, find peace within, and rebalance their minds even amid daily chaos.
How did your own experience with burnout shape the methods you use to guide others?
Burnout was a wake-up call for me. It showed me how deeply out of sync I had become with my own needs and desires. Through that experience, I discovered that healing and growth don’t come from pushing harder but from creating space for rest, reflection, conscious change, and making better choices. The methods I use today, like hypnosis, are grounded in what I learned during my own journey—honoring the need for stillness, breaking free from limiting patterns, and embracing deep relaxation.
How do you think hypnotherapy can transform the way people approach mental health and personal growth?
The key to most of our struggles is that we’ve forgotten how to truly relax. In today’s world, we make choices from a state of stress and tension, which keeps us stuck in cycles of being overwhelmed. Hypnotherapy, for me, is not just another tool—it’s a way of teaching people how to relax again. It creates space to access a calm, centered state, where the mind is free from stress and old patterns. By guiding people into deep relaxation, hypnotherapy helps them release the tension, fear, and beliefs that block their growth. It isn’t about fixing problems—it’s about reconnecting with the natural peace within, allowing new possibilities for mental well-being and personal transformation to arise.
What advice do you have for anyone struggling to find balance in a fast-paced world?
Finding balance isn’t about more advice or tips—it’s about doing one thing: learning how to truly relax. I'm not talking about the relaxation we often turn to, like sitting on the couch watching TV or reading a book. I mean deep, deep relaxation—the kind that most of us haven’t felt in a long time. This is the relaxation that restores you on a cellular level, that resets your nervous system and allows you to truly reconnect with yourself.
Relaxation is the foundation of everything. In our fast-paced world, we’re constantly stressed, and that’s where we make all our choices—whether we’re aware of it or not. But here's the thing: you don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need hours of free time. You can start with just one thing—learning to relax. And I mean real relaxation, not a temporary distraction. When you experience this deep relaxation, everything that comes afterwards becomes more manageable—your decision-making, your ability to stay present, and your capacity to handle life’s challenges.
Relaxation is a practical, achievable tool. It’s the key to reclaiming your balance and making better choices. Once you reconnect with that deep, calm state, you can approach life with greater clarity, peace, and renewed energy. You can find this deep relaxation and more tools to guide you in the MINDBREAK app, helping you integrate calm into your daily life and truly reset when needed.

How do you see MINDBREAK contributing to the empowerment of women, particularly in addressing mental health challenges?
At MINDBREAK, empowerment is about reconnecting with our true selves. It’s not about fighting external battles or meeting someone else’s expectations—it’s about embracing who we are, recognizing our own inherent worth, and trusting our inner strength. While we cannot ignore the real struggles many women still face, especially regarding rights and equality, I believe true empowerment starts from within.
In a world that often pressures women to achieve more, conform, or be someone else, we can lose touch with our authentic selves. The constant pursuit of "better," “higher,” and “more” can make us focus on what we lack rather than celebrating what we already have. At MINDBREAK, I guide women to stop looking outward and connect with their bodies, emotions, and needs. By tuning in to themselves and embracing their uniqueness, women can rediscover their confidence and clarity.
Empowerment begins with self-awareness—understanding how we feel, what we need, and whether we are living in alignment with our true selves. This deep connection with who we are nurtures mental well-being and creates the space for lasting change, one that’s born not from external pressure but from an internal shift towards peace and self-empowerment.
What’s your vision for the future of MINDBREAK and its impact on mental well-being?
My vision for MINDBREAK is to create a space—both online and offline—where people can truly rest, relax, and reset. A place where introspection isn’t just about problem-solving but about finding peace and connecting with your authentic self. I want MINDBREAK to be a sanctuary where individuals can listen to their intuition again, discover what their bodies really need, and make more mindful choices in all areas of life—from movement and nutrition to self-care and even the products we use.
But it’s not just about escaping the modern world. The real challenge—and the real transformation—comes from integrating these practices into our daily lives. It’s easy to disconnect and find peace when we’re on a retreat or removed from the demands of everyday life. But the key is maintaining that sense of calm and balance amid it all—whether at work, with friends and family, or navigating our busy routines. I want people to learn how to create moments of peace and presence, no matter where they are.
MINDBREAK will be a community that challenges the status quo of productivity and pressure, helping people prioritize mental well-being over the constant grind. It’s not about offering quick fixes—it’s about creating lasting change, fostering radical self-acceptance, and helping people to live in alignment with their authentic selves. I hope to inspire a shift in how we approach mental health, from “fixing” to liberating—embracing peace, clarity, and balance in every aspect of life while learning to navigate the modern world with gratitude and presence.
If you could share one message with women this International Women’s Day, what would it be?
This International Women’s Day, I want to honor the strength and resilience of women everywhere and acknowledge the real struggles many still face—the need for fundamental rights, equality, and opportunities. While I can't claim to fully understand the depths of these challenges, I deeply respect the perseverance and determination of women around the world.
For me, empowerment isn’t about constantly proving ourselves or fighting the systems around us. It’s about recognizing that we are already enough. The more we focus on what we don’t have or what we think we need, the more we reinforce that sense of lack. Instead, true empowerment comes from within. It starts when we reconnect with who we truly are, trust ourselves, and embrace our value without seeking validation from others.
There is still much work to be done to achieve full equality and ensure the rights of all women are upheld. However, real change begins with how we see ourselves and how we care for our own well-being. When we embrace who we are and stop trying to "fix" ourselves, we empower not only ourselves but also those around us.
This Women’s Day, I encourage women to reclaim their inner wisdom and live in alignment with their authentic selves. When we stop seeing ourselves through the lens of what’s missing and start appreciating the incredible beings we already are, we not only transform ourselves but also become the change we want to see in the world.
