Kamila Pereira is a dynamic leadership coach, career confidence consultant and people & culture strategist with nearly two decades of experience in HR leadership, organisational development, and professional coaching. With an academic background in psychology and 15 years of experience in human resources, Kamila has always been fascinated by what drives human behaviour, performance, and success, particularly why some professionals go on to create the careers and lives they truly want, while others remain stuck, uncertain, or undervalued.
After years of observing patterns in the workplace and supporting hundreds of employees and leaders in her HR roles, Kamila recognised that confidence, mindset and emotional intelligence were often the missing pieces holding people back. Driven to make a greater impact, she became a qualified professional coach over 7 years ago , founded Kamila Pereira Consulting, and has since dedicated herself to empowering others to lead and live with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
