Cassandra Love Lambert, Somatic Transformational Coach
Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better. Hello, Brainz Magazine! My name is Cassandra Love Lambert, and I'm a single mom managing my energetic 10-year-old daughter. My passion lies in understanding the intricacies of the brain and nervous system, the remarkable powerhouses that drive our progress on the path to self-improvement. My purpose is to assist individuals in overcoming life's challenges and reaching new heights.
When I'm not deep in brainy stuff, I'm exploring Texas with my partner of 2 years– we're total foodies, always hunting for new flavors. We swapped California for the enchanting Texas Woodlands, and we're loving it here. Creativity is my soul's fuel, and I'm an artist at heart. Meditation keeps me grounded, while laughter serves as my daily therapy. My devotion to self-care and my connection with the Creator are my top priorities. In essence, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to personal growth and having a healing lifestyle, and I am eager to connect with you. Let's begin this adventure together! Can you provide an overview of your business and the services or products offered on your website? Certainly! My business specializes in offering a uniquely transformative experience through my core program, “Pain into Power.” This 10-week trauma-informed journey is designed to guide predominantly incredible women, on occasion, some amazing men, on a deep intimate, and life-altering path of lasting change. Throughout this process, I employ a 5-phase somatic approach, focusing on liberating individuals from the grip of painful trauma, entrenched patterns, and disempowering beliefs. I aim to facilitate profound healing at the level of the nervous system, enabling my clients to cultivate authentic, loving relationships and ultimately thrive in every aspect of their lives. What's in my toolkit, you ask? I've got the dynamic somatic trio of Clinical Evidence-Based EFT, Brains potting, and the enlightening IFS (parts work). These modalities serve as trusty companions throughout the “Pain into Power” process to personal empowerment and inner healing. My unwavering commitment is to empower clients in their journey from pain to power, fostering lives of fulfillment and vibrancy. Our services are thoughtfully designed, encompassing expert guidance, personalized somatic sessions, a wealth of therapeutic resources and techniques, and a supportive community, all available virtually. The best part is that I can work with individuals from anywhere in the world, breaking down geographical barriers to access our transformative process.
What inspired you to create "C-Love" and your Pain into Power Method what is the mission or vision behind your brand? In 2012, I was bestowed the name "C-Love" at the Burning Man, Music and Art Festival, becoming my artist alias for a decade. As C-Love, I successfully built a face and body art business, serving over 15,000 clients and achieving a six-figure income from the ground up. The pandemic prompted the birth of the "Pain into Power Process." Fast forward four years; I've led more than 60 individuals through this transformative journey. Originally, C-Love's mission was centered around 'spreading love one brush stroke at a time,' emphasizing making women feel beautiful and reconnecting them with their inner sparkle. The focus has now shifted towards helping women radiate from within. C-Love's mission is to empower women to fully embrace their greatness, thrive authentically, and express their true selves. The vision of C-Love is to catalyze a movement of authentic empowerment, liberating individuals from the chains of personal and transgenerational trauma, and enabling them to thrive. How do your services or products cater to the needs and interests of your target audience or customers? My journey, fueled by personal experiences with sexual abuse, a narcissistic parent, and abusive relationships, has shaped my perspective as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), empath, and someone with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) since childhood. This transformative path began in my early twenties after getting out of an extremely abusive relationship. My Pain into Power Process is the result of over 18 years of dedicated exploration and research to discover effective solutions for lasting change. I offer highly personalized one-on-one sessions in a safe and sacred container, prioritizing the client's safety. Additionally, clients gain access to customized pieces of training, resources, and tools that remain available to them for life. My clients receive individualized attention and access to ongoing pieces of training, tools, and resources. I also serve as a lifeline, allowing them to reach out directly via email or text for support during moments of overwhelm or distress.
Could you share any notable success stories or case studies related to your business and the impact it has had on your clients or customers? I've had the privilege of working with remarkable individuals who have achieved significant personal growth and transformation. For instance, one mother initially faced daily anxiety levels of 10/10, leading to emotional breakdowns and strained relationships. After an 8-week collaboration, her anxiety reduced to an average of 4/10, enabling her to self-regulate, communicate effectively, and prioritize self-care.
In another case, a client struggling with self-doubt and financial uncertainty found her purpose and self-worth. She transitioned from fear and self-criticism to confidently charging her true value, defining her brand, and expanding her thriving business. She's now building a team after years of working independently, demonstrating the remarkable growth she has achieved.
One woman approached me in distress, struggling with deep-seated trauma related to past abuse and rape, particularly in the context of relationships with men. Her fear of exposure was so profound that she kept her home in a state of disarray to deter others from getting close. Through our collaborative efforts, she not only entered into a healthy relationship but also achieved a sense of security that allowed her to invite this man into her life and home. Many clients have experienced remarkable transformations. What I find most rewarding is the follow-up after 6 months to a year, during which they report that their positive changes have endured and they are continuing to advance in their lives. What sets your business apart from competitors in your industry, and what values or principles guide your approach to serving your clients or customers?
In the coaching industry, a prevailing trend involves increasing prices while reducing one-on-one attention to clients. I hold a contrasting viewpoint, rooted in my ethical principles. My approach revolves around genuinely serving my clients and providing them with in-depth, customized attention within a secure framework. This enables them to address the underlying issues that have impeded their progress and prevented them from moving forward in their lives. I prioritize ensuring that my clients feel safe, acknowledged, and supported. Rather than continually raising prices, which can hinder access to much-needed assistance for some individuals, I opt to work within their means when necessary. I am dedicated to ongoing self-improvement, consistently enhancing my skills and expertise in various healing modalities throughout the year. Additionally, I am committed to personal growth, continually delving deeper with coaches and practitioners to do my inner work. I firmly believe that my clients can only journey as deeply as I have within myself. This commitment keeps me current and sharp in my practice. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why? I'd make two fundamental changes:
Prioritize somatic-based healing over prescription medication, especially when traditional talk therapy reaches an impasse. To ensure real healing at the root level over symptom management.
Elevate the recognition of somatic-based healing to match the effectiveness of talk therapy, ensuring insurance coverage to enhance accessibility for those seeking help. So more people have access to the help they need without having to come out of their own pocket.
