Hi there! I'm Stephen Burchard, the Bowtie Coach with LimitLESS Academy®. I specialize in helping introverted entrepreneurs unleash their full potential in business and marketing. So, let me give you a glimpse into who I am and what drives me.
I've always been passionate about understanding people and helping them thrive. I believe everyone has unique talents waiting to be unleashed, and my mission is to help individuals discover and leverage those talents for success.
I’ve lived in the Palm Springs, CA region since 2010 and I love it. I am married to an amazing husband and have two rescue fur babies. We have an extensive backyard edible garden with multiple fruit trees, grapes, berries, herbs as well as seasonal vegetables. I love reading, dancing, science fiction, exercise, scuba diving and adventure travel. For hobbies and creative outlets, I write and sew quilts to give away.
As for the name "Bowtie Coach," it's a fun moniker that reflects my style and personality. I've been known to rock the bowtie, and it's become a symbol of my unique approach to coaching—taking the "knots" out of business and helping clients find clarity and confidence in their endeavors.
My journey to becoming the Bowtie Coach began with a deep desire to combine my love for entrepreneurship with my talent for coaching. As an introvert, I've always been fascinated by the power of introverts and their often-overlooked strengths. My NLP Mentor/Trainer/Coach is Stacey O’Byrne. Her programs helped shape my unstoppable mindset and passion for serving others.
Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.
One of my proudest career achievements so far has been successfully launching my coaching business while actively practicing real estate full-time. It's been a challenging and rewarding journey. I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial. I adhere to a structured schedule, working from 8 to 6 each day, M-F, and I prioritize self-care habits at the start and end of my days.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now?
In a decade from now, I envision a future that's vibrant with possibilities and fulfillment. As the Bowtie Coach, I see myself at the pinnacle of my career, having reached new heights in personal and professional growth.
First and foremost, I see LimitLESS Academy flourishing as a beacon of empowerment for introverted entrepreneurs worldwide. What began as a vision has evolved into a global movement, with a diverse community of driven individuals who are unlocking their full potential and reshaping the landscape of business and creative marketing.
