Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
My name is Fatima, homeschooling and homesteading mom of 4. I have a dairy cow named Emma. I am very passionate about low-tox living and mineral balancing.
What inspired you to create Kind Heart Lifestyle, and what is the main mission or vision behind your website and business?
First, I was inspired to start a blog and I called it Kind Heart Adventures. I chose Kind Heart because I have one and my babywearing friends gave me that nickname, so I stuck with it. It was supposed to be a blog where I shared all things low-tox and how to stay within my standards of low-tox while traveling. I pivoted once I decided to focus on health coaching… so Kind Heart Lifestyle was born. I call it a lifestyle because becoming healthy isn’t a goal, it should be a lifestyle. My mission is to create awareness surrounding toxins and how they are a big contributing factor to poor health. I myself was able to get off Zoloft, Ativan, Xanax, and Restoril by cleaning up my lifestyle. Recently, I added Mineral Balancing to my “menu” because when I explored the world of minerals and metals and got my hair tissue analysis, my mind was blown by my report. It was my life story and I realized that everyone needs to know about it and discover a world of true and deep healing.
Can you tell us about the range of products or services offered on Kind Heart Lifestyle and how they align with your values and philosophy?
I offer product evaluation and recommendations, 1:1 health coaching, functional lab tests (although I focus on hair tissue analysis as an entry point), and my signature, all-inclusive program: Nourished and Balanced. By offering these services, I am able to further my mission and vision of a world where humans are taking charge of their health and living life to the fullest.
How do you ensure that the products featured on your website are ethically sourced, sustainable, and aligned with your commitment to promoting kindness and well-being?
I am always researching and making sure the companies I share passes my standards. I make sure they are transparent companies. I email them if I have questions and if the answer seems not transparent, I don’t recommend them,
What strategies do you employ to cultivate a sense of community and connection among your customers and followers?
I have a free Facebook Community where I build connections and I also always send handwritten cards to my loyal customers. I dream of one day hosting a once a year meet up event.
Can you share any success stories or testimonials from individuals who have benefited from your products or services, or who have been positively impacted by your platform?
My favorite one is from another mother. She said ever since she started on her mineral balancing plan, she has been feeling stronger mentally. She has more patience and she doesn’t get easily overwhelmed. She also started feeling less anxious and now has pain-free periods!
In what ways do you plan to expand or evolve Kind Heart Lifestyle in the future, and how do you envision it contributing to the promotion of kindness and well-being on a larger scale?
I plan on offering self-led courses although I really believe the transformation comes from having intimate support and accountability. I also have been creating a “Wellness Vault” where people can access different topics and recipes to help them live a healthier life.
I am also actively working on getting on stages (live and virtual) to speak more about the power of Mineral Balancing and how it can change people’s lives!
Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.
So far, it’s getting this business up and going with 4 kids in the background while we homeschool. I am very proud of that!
If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?
I would change the way wellness “influencers” share things. It should come with a disclaimer/reminder that everyone is different and there is no one size fits all when it comes to our health.
Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.
The day I decided I was done feeling numb from the medications I was on (Zoloft, Ativan, Xanax, and Restoril)…that was the day I decided to take charge of my health and take radical responsibility for my actions from that day forward. When I learned about the dirty truth about the beauty industry, I threw out all my toxic beauty products, stopped eating processed foods, learned to change my mindset, and started looking to more holistic ways to heal my mind and body. That was 14 years ago… Now, I’m on a mission to spread awareness about toxins and how they can impact our health. I’m on a mission to help others reach their full potential by rebalancing their minerals so their bodies can function at 100%. I believe if a large majority of the population has enhanced self-awareness, we will have world peace.
