Calling all extraordinary souls stepping into a new chapter of life! If you’re ready to embrace more freedom, joy, and energy, creating spaciousness in your mind, body, and spirit is the key to unlocking your fullest potential.

What if life could feel lighter, more joyful, and filled with endless possibilities? The good news is, it can! By creating space in our minds, bodies, and lives, we can invite more play, power, and freedom into our everyday experience.
Life beyond 40 is a magical threshold, an invitation to create more space, step into our power, and rediscover the joy of play and freedom.
In our 20s and 30s, life often feels like a whirlwind of responsibilities. We’re building careers, nurturing families, and establishing our place in the world. While this is a vital part of our journey, it can sometimes feel constricting. Then comes the shift. By the time we enter our 40s, 50s, and beyond, we have an opportunity to breathe, expand, and reclaim the things that light us up inside.
So how do we fully embrace this spaciousness? How can we tap into more energy, playfulness, and personal power at every stage of life?
Why spaciousness matters
We live in a time of rapid change, where modern life often feels like an uphill battle, constantly juggling demands, solving problems, and keeping everything afloat. But what if we shifted our approach?
Imagine living life from the top down instead of the bottom up. Instead of pushing a boulder uphill, we allow spaciousness to carry us forward effortlessly. When we create space, mentally, emotionally, and physically, we move through life with more grace, resilience, and delight.

How to cultivate energetic spaciousness
Creating spaciousness doesn’t mean clearing your calendar entirely; it’s about intentionally making room for what brings you joy, vitality, and connection. Here’s how:
1. Breathe into space
Your breath is a powerful tool to shift energy and invite spaciousness into your body and mind.
Try this: Close your eyes, inhale for four counts, hold for four counts, and exhale for six. Repeat, feeling yourself slow down and expand into ease.
2. Rekindle your passions
Passion fuels energy and joy. What lights you up? Dancing, painting, hiking, singing? Think back to what you loved as a child, these are clues to what makes your spirit soar.
Try this: Reintroduce something you once adored or try a new hobby that sparks excitement.
3. Create unstructured time
Overscheduling leaves little room for spontaneity and creativity.
Try this: Set aside a few hours with no agenda. Let curiosity lead. Take a walk, experiment with a new recipe, or simply sit in stillness and see what unfolds.
4. Immerse yourself in nature
Nature is naturally spacious, and being in its presence helps us absorb that expansive energy.
Try this: Walk in a park, spend time by the ocean, or sit under a tree. Breathe deeply, and let nature’s rhythm bring you back to yourself.
5. Move your body
Landing in your body is a profound way to create space. Movement enhances circulation, oxygenation, and energy flow.
Try this: Start your morning with gentle yoga, or turn up your favourite music and dance freely in your living room.
6. Practice gratitude and mindfulness
Gratitude shifts focus from what’s missing to what’s abundant, creating mental spaciousness and joy.
Try this: Write down three things you’re grateful for each day. Notice how this simple habit changes your perspective.
Clearing mental and emotional clutter
When our minds are cluttered with worries, limiting beliefs, or unresolved emotions, it’s hard to hear our inner voice. Creating spaciousness allows for clarity and confidence.
Journaling helps process emotions and untangle thoughts.
Mindful reflection creates space for self-awareness and peace.
Shifting habits invites new energy. What small habit could you change today to support your well-being?

Deepening connection to something greater
Spaciousness isn’t just about creating room in our schedules; it’s about opening to something bigger. Whether that’s connecting with nature, the universe, or a sense of the divine, spaciousness reminds us that we are part of something vast and powerful.
When we surrender the need to control everything, we feel supported, guided, and empowered to live with greater ease.
Stepping into your power
The beauty of this stage in life is that we get to redefine power, not as force but as alignment, presence, and ease. Spaciousness allows us to move through life with intention rather than reaction. As we release old patterns and conditioning, we gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of who we truly are.
The secret to stepping into our power is breathtakingly simple: it’s about seeing ourselves with honesty and clarity. When we cultivate this deep inner connection, we naturally let go of what no longer serves us and open the door to incredible new possibilities.
It’s not just about making time for yourself; it’s about making space for you, the vibrant, powerful, playful you that’s always been there, waiting to be fully expressed.

The best is yet to come
Life after 40 is a time of expansion, creativity, and boundless possibility. By cultivating spaciousness through breath, movement, passion, and connection, we invite more joy, play, and ease into our lives.
So ask yourself: How can I create more spaciousness today? What makes me feel truly alive?
This is your time. Breathe deeply. Play freely. Step fully into your power. The possibilities are endless, and trust me, it only gets better from here!
If you’re ready to create more spaciousness in your life and step into a deeper sense of joy, play, and empowerment, I would love to support you on this journey. Through energetic work, what no longer serves you can be cleared, and space can be opened for the magic that’s waiting to unfold.
