Let me give you a short crash course. Your answer will make all the difference in your life. It will decide on how you show up, how you are received and perceived, how you live your life in business and in private, and how successful you are.

Let’s have a quick look at some definitions you may find in dictionaries.

A-DREAMER: one who lives in a world of fancy and imagination

B-VISIONARY: is someone or something that thinks about the future or advancements creatively and imaginatively. A person who is ahead of his time and who has a powerful plan for change in the future

Which one are you? A or B? Or both?

Based on my research and own experience, having worked with thousands of students and entrepreneurs, I would say that a DREAMER is someone who TALKS. They talk a lot. They often “know everything,” they know facts and strategies, and they are experts in what I call SHELF HELP. Talk to them a few months or years later and be surprised that they still have the very same dream of a particular house or car, of their dream body, their dream income, and their dream relationship. You know what I am talking about. Maybe you even know some of these dreamers.

And then there are VISIONARIES. You don’t need to be a Martin Luther King or Elon Musk to be considered a visionary.

You need to have this creative, probably unimaginable dream, this vision of WHERE you want to be and WHEN you want to be there.

Be specific and set a date.

Have an open MINDSET, be curious, look for different options, ask for the support of like-minded people, and get a coach or mentor to get there faster, potentially.

You need to have a PLAN to follow, like a GPS, to get to your dream destination, avoiding the costly trial and error as much as you can.

Most importantly, you need to take ACTION to transform from a dreamer stuck to a visionary moving forward. It may be scary and outside of your comfort zone. People may ridicule you, initially questioning everything from your sanity to your capabilities. Wait till your vision becomes a reality and how they see you then.

If you have a vision, it’s up to you to manifest and make it real. There may be self-doubt, fear, setbacks, and frustration, to name but a few roadblocks on your journey.

So how do you deal with those?

Add MISSION to your MINDSET.

Be crystal clear on your WHY.

Why do you want to make it happen? Why is it important for you, your family, your team, for mankind?

If your WHY, the reasons you are going for this goal are strong, you will more likely be able to succeed and not easily give up.

Then make the MOVES. No action, no change.

In a nutshell, here are some of the pillars to look at and build them out strongly. These are the same areas I work through in detail with my high-performance coaching and mentoring students. It all starts with YOU.

Answer the following simple questions based on high-performance concepts in as much DETAIL as you can. BLOCK TIME, avoid distractions (shut off your phone, email, and social media) any distraction and WRITE down what comes to mind. Just keep writing without judging yourself. Come back later and add action steps, resources you need, and people to reach out to if need be.

  • CLARITY: How clear are you about who you are, your purpose, the direction you want to go in life, your dreams, and visions?

  • ENERGY: Do you consistently have enough mental and physical energy needed? I love this, it may easily be one of my favorite topics.

  • COURAGE: Do you handle fear so that you can consistently express your needs, desires, and visions?

  • You may be surprised that even the most amazing and successful visionaries deal with all kinds of fear.

  • So let me ask you where you are right now on a SCALE of 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in Clarity, Energy, and Courage.

If you rate yourself not AT LEAST an 8 in any of the 3 (and there are more pillars necessary for sustainable success), you will most likely fail to make your vision come true.

I am telling you the truth.

I am telling you what most mentors don’t tell you.

I am pulling back the curtain and only sharing and teaching what works, not what doesn’t.

I like when my students shine and turn from dreamers to visionary to highly successful achievers.

If this resonates with you and you are not where you want to be, let’s have a conversation. Apply for a consultation to fast-track or start with self-studies by following me on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
