Disney’s returning CEO Bob Iger has told employees that from 1st March they must return to the office four days a week.

In a memo sent to all employees, Iger stated his reasons for the mandate, writing “...in a creative business like ours, nothing can replace the ability to connect, observe, and create with peers that comes from being physically together."
Iger returned to Disney in November, replacing Bob Chapek. He immediately made some changes including replacing the head of the company's Media and Entertainment Distribution division, Kareem Daniel.
The memo, which also praised recent successes, continues: “It is my belief that working together more in-person will benefit the Company’s creativity, culture, and our employees’ careers.
Starting March 1, employees currently working in a hybrid fashion will be asked to spend four days a week on-site, targeting Monday through Thursday as in-person workdays. Stay tuned for additional details.”
