Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better. (Feel free to share your hobbies, your passions, your family life, your pets and anything that makes you unique.)

I was born in South Africa and grew up in Namibia. Picture this: one side of my childhood was all about the vast ocean, while on the other side, there was nothing but endless sand dunes.

Now, let me tell you about my family life—it was anything but easy. My father, diagnosed as a sociopath, struggled with substance abuse and had a volatile personality. As an only child, I often found myself caught in the middle of his hell-bent behavior. Thankfully, my mother played the role of a peacemaker in our household.

Despite the hardships I endured during that time, little did I know how these experiences would ultimately shape me and lead me towards helping thousands of people in my supposedly doomed future.

Speaking of my passions, I have a deep love for deep-sea diving and all forms of artwork. Interestingly, when I was a child, I even took part in professional horse dressage competitions. It was quite the diverse range of interests!

What inspired you to create the Metaphysical Anatomy and how does it aim to help individuals?

My career path was not a conscious intention, it was my dream to become a crime scene investigator and lawyer fighting against domestic violence. Deep down this was my subconscious mind seeking answers to wounds I experienced as a child. I started Metaphysical Anatomy as I started my own healing journey when I barely escaped a suicide attempt, I felt powerless to the pain I was in trying to heal the ramifications that my childhood abuse left behind.

I struggled with ailments and saw no cure insight. Despite my challenges at the time as I progressed on my healing journey I also started working with people and teaching around the world. I noticed the power of emotions, its effect in our body and mind. I noticed how people with certain ailments (regardless of their culture, diet and beliefs) would share the same trauma points for certain ailments. This fascinated me! I documented the data as I traveled and wrote Metaphysical Anatomy along the way. When I finished the book, it had 679 medical ailments and psychosomatic patterns for adults in it.

My intention with the book was to help people discover the power behind their emotions, patterns, habits and how this can make or break their health, mental health and future.

You have written several books – do you have a favorite? If so, which one and why?

Yes, I am the author of 19 books. I have to say Metaphysical Anatomy Volume 1 is my favorite as by understanding the power of the body and emotions, I was able to turn my life around and it is my intention to do the same for people.

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

I do not have one person specifically, however, people who have overcome great challenges in their life. Their mindset and approach to life are what inspire me!

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

Be who you are wherever you are. This industry has become an acting performance, I wish to see more authentic speakers who can talk to people and not at people. Speakers who can both share their vulnerability and their success and stop acting like supernatural heroes which they are not.

Can you share any plans or upcoming developments for Metaphysical Anatomy that visitors can look forward to in the future?

Yes for sure! I often teach a workshop called Intuitive Body Workshop – you will learn how to read the body and its messages like a book without the book. Improve your intuition and learn how to do body and distant readings.

Then we have Metaphysical Anatomy Technique Level 1 (MAT Level 1) which is the healing technique behind Metaphysical Anatomy volume 1 and all my research.

Intuitive Spirit Guide Course – meet your counsel, spirit guides, learn how to become a psychic, medium, work and heal with animals.
