Webinars are becoming increasingly popular in web marketing. They allow you to engage with your audience, share valuable content and generate leads for the future. As well they are relatively low-cost and give you great evergreen content that you can use again and again. However, so many webinar owners struggle with filling seats. That's because they aren't using TikTok! Luckily for them, there are three easy steps that will help fill up their webinar quickly!

However, let's talk about why you may want to consider hosting a webinar.

Why Host a Webinar

A webinar is a great way to show people that you know your stuff! This is especially important when you are first starting out and have not built up a reputation as an authority yet.

People are much more likely to work with you than if all of their interaction with you was over email or if they only read your social media. Having them hear your voice as well as seeing how passionate you are is really impactful.

Another benefit is that it's a great way to get you comfortable speaking in public. This is an area that a lot of people struggle with and an obstacle for many to showing up on TikTok. When you practice by talking about something you love, you will get more comfortable in front of the camera.

Webinars are great marketing tools...if anyone shows up! That's why you need to get your butts into those (virtual) seats. So let's talk about how using TikTok can get engaged and enthusiastic attendees at your next webinar.

How to Use TikTok to Fill Your Webinar: 3 Easy Steps

Before you even get started, you want to make sure that you have a presence on TikTok and that you have built somewhat of a following.

Let's assume that you have. Next, you're going to make your invitation video. The format will be simple ‒ just you talking to the camera. Again, seeing your passion about what you do is all people need!

Then you'll follow this general outline:

  • Mention something your audience wishes they could do or have

  • Tell them how you or your clients have found success

  • Acknowledge an obstacle or fear that they are fearing

  • But explain why what you're offering is different

  • Announce that you're hosting an awesome webinar that covers [2-3 things it will cover]

  • Ask your followers to comment [word] in the comments and you'll send them the link to register.
