Hélène is an International Mindfulness Coach, Speaker& Spiritual Entrepreneur. She has coached dozens of clients in Mindfulness, Communication and Healthy Behaviours. She has travelled the world and lived in several countries, from bustling city life in London to the peaceful island of Ibiza, where she has found immense inspiration for her current Mindfulness Coaching Business. Before growing her current business and the team, she worked for multinationals and start-ups for more than 7 years in sales and negotiations. She has led holistic workshops and given 20+ public talks, including theatre, improvisation and her online transformative techniques with her clients to build their most mindful lives.

Where did she start her journey?

Born in the countryside in Belgium, as a child, she used loved giving presentations, reciting poetry in front of the class and she used to dream of exploring the world when looking at planes in the sky. During her childhood, she received a strict education from her family full of discipline, rules and rigidity. From primary school until university, for 15 years, she suffered from feelings of judgement and jealousy for her success and received criticism from other students. Moreover, with her education, she felt stuck in a place where homework, studies and a student job were the only important matters. During this period of tears, stress and uncomfortable emotions, she felt misunderstood and unlovable. From the age of 14, she suffered from eating disorders and amenorrhea. Her periods stopped, and she started monitoring her food and avoided going out. For 15 years, her endocrine system has been unbalanced. Today, she still suffers from low estrogen, unbalanced cycles and disrupted sleep patterns.

Often her clients asked her: How did she overcome this pain and reinforce her mindset?


She kept standing up in her life through her strong mindset and she developed powerful values, such as resilience, perseverance and positivity, to remain focused on her dreams and become an entrepreneur. With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing& Communication in Belgium, she kept dreaming and started her first trip to Geneva, Switzerland, with an Erasmus in Business Economy and worked for several companies in sales and negotiations. Her motivation is to stay active mentally and physically, which helps to reinforce her mindset.


From Belgium, Geneva, Nicaragua, Cuba, Mexico, Singapore, London and finally to Ibiza, she healed and developed her strength and growth in different cultures. She practiced meditation and mindfulness to maintain faith and believe in herself. Meditation is her key to truly living in this hectic world and being fully present in every action in which she is involved. By calming herself with selected breathing exercises and self-reflection, she has opened her mind to create gentle solace in this busy world. Her practice brings her resilience, fulfillment and relaxation. Her nutrition is based on creative vegetarian recipes, and she has achieved her targeted healthy lifestyle and cultivated the freedom she wishes to maintain. Keeping active through yoga gives her the positive energy to connect her surroundings with serenity and empathy.

So how did she make that transition from her last job into her current Mindfulness Business Owner status?


She left the corporate world as an employee and freelancer, and dived into the unknown to step by step get closer to her dream life. She took decisions, got out of her comfort zone, found support, trusted timings, and followed her intuition. She has a passion for human interactions, public speaking, communication and sales. She mastered her skills with theatre performances, improvisations and acting courses and talks around the globe. For five years, she practiced Yoga and Meditation, studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction & Health Coaching and reinforced her holistic skills with 200 hours of yoga teacher training.


Let’s dive into that a little ‒ What about her framework and coaching approach?


Her company, Alphazenitude, is a Mindfulness coaching business for both individuals and businesses. She created her online “Signature Experience” based on 4 months of self-development with Mindfulness techniques. During those 4 months, she coaches her clients, 1:1 or in small groups, with tailored‒ solutions, professional techniques in Mindfulness, advice in health and energy, and she gives body language techniques to increase their confidence. She helps her clients to boost their energy, remove bad habits, increase their confidence in their bodies, become more present, release stress and achieve their dreams. Her framework is based on 3 pillars based on Mindfulness techniques:

  1. Health

  2. Energy

  3. Confidence

What is behind the word Health?

It will start with a health assessment, reflections on some current challenges and envisioning the new version of a situation to become more aligned with the true self. For that, she will address mental and physical health advice such as resetting internal narratives, improving self-beliefs, overcoming blocks, finding true identity and removing bad habits. By respecting our health, she believes that her clients can live a life with more alignment, improved well-being and performance.


She coaches her clients into an exercise routine, a healthy sugar-free diet and reduced alcohol.


What is behind the word Energy?


With some formal and informal mindfulness Practices, she transforms lives by creating more self-awareness. Through breathwork and mindfulness in daily life, such as walking, cooking and connecting with others, she gives the power of the present moment. She helps to reduce stress and practice Mindfulness for improved self-esteem, self-belief and contentment.


What is behind the word Confidence?


She uses all her senses to impact the opportunities in her life. She uses body language techniques to help her clients have more confidence in their professional and personal lifestyles.


She coaches her clients with high-impact techniques, helping them to get out of their comfort zones, dive into fears, and connect with their minds, body and soul to create more opportunities and influence their lives.
