It is important to note that the crown chakra links the other chakras, and it is both the root and sacral chakras and the crown chakra that serve as the pillars for bridging the others into alignment.

Start by sitting or lying down quietly and undisturbed. Start with a cycle of 4,7,8 breaths. Inhale through your nose for a count of 4, hold for a count of 7 and exhale through your mouth for a count of 8; do this 30 times. After this warm-up of 10 minutes, you can move on to 20-minutes of orgasmic breathing. Inhale deeply through your mouth with a sipping motion through your pursed lips. Make sure that the breath is deep but controlled, slowly inhaling fully into your diaphragm. In tandem with your inhalation, slowly squeeze and contract your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. It is located on your pelvic floor and is the same muscle you would use to hold your urine in.

Next, as you hold your breath for a count of 8, release and contract your PC muscle in tandem with each count. Finally, squeeze and contract your PC muscle, then slowly, through pursed lips, exhale all the air out while releasing your PC muscle in tandem with your breath. This 30-minute practice serves many purposes as it will optimize the oxygen levels in your blood, produce better blood flow into your genitals and other vital organs, strengthen your PC muscle to facilitate vaginal health as well as produce stronger, longer and more powerful orgasms not only from the genitals but radiating throughout your entire body.
