Jayne Robinson, Spiritual Coach & Advisor
Can you tell us about your story and personal journey of self-healing and how it led you to become a Spiritual Advisor & Coach?
My journey is a tapestry of heartbreak, self-discovery, and a relentless pursuit of something more meaningful. It all began when I was at a crossroads working as a primary school teacher, feeling like my soul was being drained daily, and navigating the gut-wrenching aftermath of a relationship where I was betrayed by someone I deeply loved. It felt like life had handed me a mirror, reflecting all my unresolved wounds from bullying and low self-worth.
In my desperation, I stumbled into personal development. I found solace in books and started sharing insights with my parents. My dad asked me a question that would change my life: "Have you ever thought about being a coach?" At the time, I had no idea what that even meant. But I booked a taster weekend to explore the idea, and when I saw the banner at registration that read, "For most, this will be a great experience. For some, it will be life-changing," I declared, "That’s going to be me."
And it was. That weekend cracked me open. I left with a renewed sense of purpose and a path to rediscover the fearless girl I once was. Coaching wasn’t just a career; it was a lifeline.
From there, I took leaps of faith moving countries, starting a business, and throwing myself into experiences that demanded growth. I’ve spent years immersed in personal development, not just for myself but for my clients. Both my clients and I are living proof that this work transforms lives.
What is your business name, and how do you help your clients?
My business, JR Coaching, is all about transformation. I like to say I’m in the business of spiritual alchemy helping clients turn the “lead” in their lives into gold. By spiritual, I mean the journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, and personal development. Whether it’s healing deep wounds, breaking free from limiting beliefs or aligning with their soul’s desires to create the next chapter of their life, I guide my clients to a place of liberation, joy, and inner peace, helping them fulfill their wildest dreams.
My signature offering is a 90-minute blueprint to breakthrough session. This session is the foundation for lasting change and everything that comes after it, helping clients uncover hidden barriers and gain clarity about what’s holding them back. It’s not just insightful, it’s life-changing. One client described it as learning more about himself in 90 minutes than he had done in a lifetime of therapy.
Beyond this, I work on everything from helping burnout entrepreneurs build the next chapter to busy executives developing confidence and setting boundaries to recovering from toxic relationships and habits alongside navigating spiritual awakenings and living a more soul-led, intuitive life.
Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.
The “photocopier moment” stands out. I was 22, fresh off a bold move to London, and caught in the grind of teaching a job that left me frazzled and unfulfilled t say the least! Standing by the photocopier one lunchtime, sandwich in hand, I had a thought that stopped me cold: "Is this all there is to life?"
I realised I was just surviving week to week, drowning out my dissatisfaction with weekend drinks, and repeating the cycle. That moment became a promise to myself: I would find something more fulfilling. That promise became my North Star, leading me to a life and career I love.
What kind of audience do you target your business toward, and how do you help them?
I work with individuals who feel stuck, unfulfilled, or out of alignment with their true selves or are searching for more of a spiritual connection. My clients include:
Entrepreneurs and professionals seeking more than external success crave inner purpose, self-trust, and alignment with their authentic path.
People healing from toxic patterns, relationships, or habits who are ready to break free and create lasting change.
Anyone feeling lost or disconnected and ready to embrace their next chapter with clarity and purpose.
Many of my clients struggle with challenges such as:
Tying self-worth to success in their career or business.
Fear of failure, the unknown, or anxiety about making changes.
Difficulty with setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or overworking.
Feeling unclear about who they are outside of work or societal roles.
A need for support in envisioning and creating the next chapter of their life.
Unhealthy coping mechanisms or perfectionist tendencies that no longer serve them.
Disconnection from their authentic self and a lack of self-expression.
Over-reliance on avoidance or escape behaviors and a desire to finally face life head-on.
My purpose is simple: to help people transform, creating a deeper connection to themselves and life. Guided by my core values of authenticity, freedom, integrity, honesty, communication, and potential, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Together, we uncover who they truly are, helping them step into their power and create a life of alignment, purpose, and fulfilment.
What makes you different from other coaches?
I don’t just teach transformation; I live it. My journey has taken me across continents from leaving my familiar life in Australia for London, to profound healing experiences in Bali, to living in the Costa Rican jungle where my daily mode of transport is getting around the muddied streets on a quad bike. These were not vacations. They were life-altering moments of self-discovery, self-awareness, and personal development. What I’ve learned through navigating heartbreak, spiritual awakenings, and building an entirely new life has given me the depth to truly understand what my clients are going through.
I dive deep, much like my Scorpio-rising nature, embracing the shadows and catalyzing profound transformation. My 90-minute Blueprint to Breakthrough session is a key part of what sets me apart. Where many coaches skim the surface, I go straight to the root, uncovering hidden barriers and illuminating truths. This process strips away every mask, revealing who my clients truly are beneath the personas they've been holding onto. It exposes their potential and what they’re capable of, even if they haven’t yet grown into the person they need to become to achieve it. That’s what the coaching that comes after it is designed to do.
But it’s not just about techniques. My coaching is deeply personal; I treat every client’s transformation as my responsibility. Whether it’s guiding burned-out entrepreneurs, individuals recovering from toxic relationships, or those feeling lost and out of alignment, I walk beside my clients every step of the way celebrating their wins, holding space for their struggles, and helping them create the next chapter of their lives.
This isn’t just a job for me; it’s a calling. My experiences and values shape every interaction. Transformation isn’t a theory I teach; it’s the life I live and the journey I guide others to embrace.
What life-changing transformations have your clients experienced as a result of working with you?
One client, a successful CEO, recently told me that after our work together, she became $20,000 in mere moments. She’d unlocked her inner “bossbitch” as she called it and confidently raised capital, set boundaries, asked for a raise and spoke on stages something she never thought possible.
For others, the transformation is deeply personal. One client let go of years of grief, guilt, and anger, finally learning to love herself and let go of the burdens of a lost loved one. The external successes are amazing, but it’s the internal shifts that truly light me up watching clients step into their worth and embrace life fully.
What inspires you to continue your own personal development and spiritual journey?
I believe growth is the soul’s purpose. Even in the darkest times, I’m driven by a deep inner force to keep moving forward. I recently read a quote that resonates: "Keep getting knocked down and getting up again until you can take the punches standing." It’s hard, but the rewards of growth the freedom, the peace, the self-mastery are worth every struggle.
What’s next for you?
I’m thrilled to announce my upcoming book launch in Times Square on March 25th. It’s the ultimate playbook for life and business, packed with everything I’ve learned on my journey. We’re celebrating with a billboard, a launch party, and some incredible endorsements. Watch this space.
